Room spacious, well equipped and freshly decorated. Having a microwave and small kitchen area was very useful.in a town lacking eating choices especially during the wet season. Was handy for shops and greyhound bus. Though we saw little of the staff they were friendly and helpful. Feels secure as is surrounded by high brick wall and a gate that locks closed. Quite and comfortable room.

Property was great. Room was lovely - big double bed, little kitchenette, good fridge and very clean bathroom. Shared pool was lovely with shaded area. Also have a washing machine available which was very helpful

What an absolute gem in an otherwise ordinary town. The dinner was such good value and so generous - the fish was delightful and the salad fresh with a great variety of veggies. The guy was nice enough to bring it to the room so I didn’t have to bring the kids out again. It felt completely safe and they provided lots of extras in the kitchenette. I definitely recommend and would stay there again. Felt like it could be an excellent place to recharge if we had a couple days. As a single mum travelling with 2 young kids I was petrified to stay in Katherine but felt at ease from the moment of arrival. I was also very grateful they came out and brought the key to me as it’s so hot at the moment so much nicer than having to get the kids out of their car seats just to park a moment later

The customer service I have received has been appalling and completely unacceptable. I had to cancel the booking last minute as I broke down and they have simply refused to help me in this circumstance. They are just keeping my money and I didn't even stay there.

We tried to have breakfast at the hotel after seeing the pamphlet in the room. However staff said some food (mushroom) is not available. It is fair I think as we didn't order breakfast when we book.

Renovations commenced in rooms below at 8am, significant jack hammer noise was on both mornings of our stay.

Didn’t receive room we’re had booked and were not notified prior to arriving. Kitchen splashback installed in our room while we were gone without notification. When we were getting ready to leave for the day a tradesman insisted on coming into our room to install skirting boards.
