We were looking for a quiet place for a weekend getaway and this place was perfect! The grounds were pretty, we loved the creek, we slept comfortably and really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely book again!

The place was very nice. We only stayed one night. It’s a good place if your only staying a night or two.

The property was beautiful! And then we went inside and the loft/barn was so cool. All of the little details were thought out so well. We really enjoyed the creek, the fire on the patio, walking around the property, fireflies at night and it was close enough to the tourist attractions to go check those out. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at the loft was truly wonderful! The property is beautiful…the barns and surrounding area are picturesque! We really enjoyed the tranquility and the peace of the mountains. Thank you for letting us stay in your little peace of heaven! We will return!

Your property was very interesting and pretty. The only disappointment was the limited coffee left for us. But.. All in All we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely request to stay again in the near future.

My wife and I waved somewhere away from crowds and close to hiking trails. This location was great! Five minute drive to Smokey mountain entrance. This loft is exactly as advertised! It was truly perfect for a couple. You could definitely bring your family, but it is essentially a studio apartment so there would be no privacy…. Plenty of space though! We would stay here again.

Decided to get away for the night so looked different places to see where to go. We live in SC in the foothills so we have access to alot. Saw this barn and thought it would be different. Was so adorable! Loved the decor. The only thing that was , if youd even say an issue, but when i signed up check in was 4 and check out 11 on the ad. And it was actually 10 for check out. But great place if you do t want to stay in the hustle and bustle.

The Barn loft was perfect for just me. It was far more spacious than I thought it would be. The couch was very comfortable and the ac/heater worked well.

The property was quiet and peaceful. Access to the stream was nice. Turkeys showed up in the field and put on a show two evenings in a row. Cosby is a small town but had plenty of dining or pick up nearby. Gatlingburg was just a short drive away. Great getaway spot! Owners were prompt with responses. Couldn't have been better.

We had an exciting time exploring parts of Great Smoky Mountain National Park from the Barn Loft. The area was beautiful this time of year and it suited our needs very well. The only drawback was that we didn't realize until the day before we left home that there wasn't a stove (pictures were accurate, we just missed the fact), but we made do by bringing an electric skillet. The property manager lives on the property and was very helpful!

This cabin is amazing. Has a hot tub and plenty of land to explore. The creek can be heard in the cabin and sounds wonderful. Very peaceful. Not to far from anything you would want to do.

Was needing a booking on very short notice and was accommodated wonderfully with a quick response. I would recommend bringing a fan if you need some white noise in the background. It was so quiet and peaceful that we found ourselves missing the sound of a fan blowing. The view of the stars at night was amazing and the creek was beautiful. There was an event happening in the barn below us, but the host informed us of the time frame and made sure we had available parking if we where going to be in the loft at the same time as the event. Love the atmosphere and there is plenty of room in the loft itself. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Charming and rustic yet comfortable place to stay. Very spacious. Beautiful setting. Close to everything fun. Lots of privacy. The creek was wonderful! In husband’s words, “very awesome place”.
