One of the nicest homes I have stayed at. Comfortable, cozy. Everything was amazing

I stay in Sand Hollow a lot during the winter months, this home is well appointed and comfortable, great location to get to all activities, especially nice if your there to RZR or Golf, just a few minutes to each, The only thing this house is missing is the outdoor patio TV that a lot of the homes in the neighborhood have and that's being super critical. Would definitely stay here again.

Elim valley was an incredible place to stay with amazing property management help and assistance. Property staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and fully stocked with all the needed utilities. The view was breathtaking from the balcony and the decor is amazing and home felt. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved staying at this rental! We were very impressed with every detail of the home. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be returning. The only things we would suggest to improve: 1. Perhaps offer tissues in the home, the toilet paper is thin and a tissue on hand would be helpful. 2. There was no dishwasher detergent, we weren’t sure if this was intentional or accidental. We bought our own and left the extra. If dishwasher detergent is not necessary for this dishwasher maybe leave a note so that is understood. 3. The club hot tub was very hot… other guests were guessing it was 120 degrees. Our skin was bright red when dipping it in the water, we like it hot but that was cooking. Other than that everything was perfect and went beyond our expectations! :)

This was a great rental. Everything was clean and sparkling on the inside. It was large and spacious and had great gathering spaces upstairs and down. The pictures don't do it justice. It really is a beautiful and well thought out space. A couple of recommendations for improvement: 1) Not the best mattresses or pillows. Honestly, the mattresses and pillows were probably the worst we've ever had at a rental. 2) For such a large rental, the parking was minimal with the garage half used up by a UTV on a trailer. The driveway doesn't accommodate SUVs because it's so short. It'd be ideal to free up the garage for your renters. For larger sized groups, you may find yourself not having a place to park.

We are repeat customers and love coming to stay here for our southern Utah getaways! The area is quiet and close to a lot of the destinations we come to enjoy! We love having access to use to pickleball courts and pool in as part of the rental. They are nice and never too busy. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and always inviting!

Layout, amenities and location PERFECTION. close to shopping without being on top of tourists. This home offered everything our family needed and way more. Designed so well, I’m inspired to add new touches to our own home! Pools were clean. Refreshing and located a short 90 second walk from the front door. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation home to spend family time in. Thank you for hosting our family and will absolutely book again!

We loved our stay at Lil Georgie! It is such a beautiful home. It is decorated so nicely and has such a comforting and peaceful feel inside. My children loved the bunk room and had so much fun playing games, sitting in the hot tub, and playing ping pong. I would highly recommend this home!

Great location for visiting the parks, wonderfully well appointed rental-it had everything we needed and more. Management was very responsive to the few questions we had. Plus they ordered great weather for our trip! We are hoping to return there again in the future

This is one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had! This house is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to cook amazing meals. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the little touches were thought of. A closet full of books and games to play, comfy pillows and blankets, plenty of space for everyone to have their own space but also wonderful space to hang out as a family. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The deck with the fire pit and hot tub was wonderful and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We felt right at home and enjoyed celebrating Christmas here. The location is perfect to explore Zion NP and other parks in the area. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The management team was easy to communicate with and were very helpful. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

This home was one of our favorite stays in a rental yet. We've stayed on several properties in this neighborhood, and this home felt the most luxurious, while also feeling like a “home” more than a rental place. The living areas were perfect for our family to spend time together. While similar places we've stayed at seemed to prioritize bedroom number over living/gathering space, this place had both. The balcony with the hot tub, fireplace, and barbecue area made it so we could do several different activities without even leaving the home. Hot tubbing with the outdoor fireplace on while stargazing is a must during your stay. Great location for outdoor activities as well. We did several hikes during our stay and each of them were only about 20 minutes away. We also had the chance to rent and ride side-by-sides at Sand Hollow which was a blast. The neighborhood had a pool and pickle ball courts which were a great activity for the adults as well as the kids. Such an adorable little neighborhood feel.

The house was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed for the meals we prepared each night. Having two family rooms with large TVs was great for when some individuals wanted to watch football while others wanted to watch a movie. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit which provided a lot of heat on the cold nights. Finally, the location was perfect for our daily hikes in Zion National Park. Had an amazing time!

I loved this beautiful corner lot with amazing views out the back and all the amenities. Everything was immaculate and perfectly put together. You will love just relaxing in this comfortable home. It is perfectly situated between the national parks, st George, the reservoir and the dunes. Definitely the right place to stay especially if you have kids.

This house is awesome. Its brand new and super clean inside. Great location close to the state park and can drive UTV straight from the house to the park. Plenty of room in the 3 car garage to park at night. HOWEVER, the neighborhood is incomplete and there is construction going on everywhere, including the whole side of the house! Banging on the walls from 7am to 7pm everyday of the week even the weekends. Once the construction is done next door this will not be a problem but right now dont plan on sleeping in or having any quiet time during the day. The TV on the wall was literally shaking! Besides that the place is awesome and we would totally stay again once the construction is done!

Had a great stay here, tons to do for everyone! Lots of space for kids to be upstairs doing ping pong, nintendo, and small kids had their own toys and play room too. Pools were nice and not too busy of an area. Also rode Side by Sides to Sand hollow. Highly recommend this place.

It's such a great house with so much space and everything we needed! The house feels brand new and it's so, so nice. Very clean and great community pool too. And it was a very convenient location to all the hiking we wanted to do. Will 100% come back.

We brought our 6 kids (ranging from 4-17) on vacation from WI and stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The house was exactly what was shown in the pictures, and the 3700 square feet gave us plenty of room to be together, yet have our space. We had a blast playing ping pong at night! We absolutely loved Sand Hallow State Park! It was not only beautiful, but there was plenty to do there (boating, trampolines, paddle boards, cliff jumping, etc...). Everyone in our family had something to do there, and it was literally a 5 minute drive. One day we went to the Grand Canyon, which was just about a 2 hour drive. Another day we drove about 45 minutes to Zion National Park, and drove from there to Bryce Canyon which had incredible views! With the beautiful kitchen we had, we made a lot of our meals to save on going out too much, and the Walmart Supercenter that was only about 10 minutes away allowed us to grab what we needed upon arrival and throughout our stay. One night, our entire family went out to eat at the Pig's Ear in Hurricane and it was AMAZING food! Not only was the food great, but the service was equally as wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant! While we enjoyed local experiences, we usually ended each night with a swim at the community pool at the house we stayed in. There was a lap pool, a kids pool, and a sitting pool, and they weren't filled with all the nasty chlorine we usually experience! The pool area was extremely clean with plenty of sitting/laying out space - even the bathrooms were gorgeous! Overall, I recommend this rental and area to anyone - with or without kids! While there was a lot of construction going on around us, it didn't both us one bit. We were too busy out and enjoying the area to even be bothered, and by the time we got home each day, they were done for the day. And let's face it... we have 6 kids - we're used to the noise :) And lastly, the communcation regarding any questions we had was the best we've ever had at any place we have ever stayed! I received a text upon arrival and was told to let my contact know if we had any questions, and when I did have questions, the response was practically immediate. Amazing customer service! All of our kids indicated this was their favorite vacation so far, and I have to agree!

Staying at this home was like inhaling a long slow breath of fresh energy after emerging from a cluster of busy and exhausting living. The home is BEAUTIFUL! and with tall ceilings and nice open seating areas, if feels so good to kick your feet up. I loved everything. The fridge is big, the kitchen is open and the kitchen sink is nice. Even the ice maker in the fridge has a nice little scoop with smallish(not pebble) ice for filling up your tumbler before heading out for a few hikes. The shower upstairs (where I stayed) has two shower heads and tons of room for doing some in-shower yoga. The bed was comfy and you can tell that the group that manages this property is very organized. Love love love.

We had a great stay! It was close to the freeway and a short drive to our day hike in Zions. Everything was spacious, modern, and comfortable! Beautiful home with lots of entertainment and amenities, my personal favorite being the outdoor kitchen, hot tub and views! Everything was clean and ready for us and check in/out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area! Highly recommend
