The hotel offers prompt service and great rooms, making for a pleasant stay. Its location is easy to find, with a wide road providing convenient access. The staff are courteous and consistently deliver good service. The rooms are spacious, allowing for comfortable movement, and are well-maintained with clean beds and restrooms. Although room service can be a bit slow, the quality of the food is excellent. The breakfast buffet is particularly impressive, featuring a diverse mix of North, South, and Western options. Overall, this hotel represents good value for money, providing clean and well-maintained rooms with adequate amenities.

Best experience ever. I slept peacefully the whole night as the AC was working perfectly. The hotel staff were very attentive, and the flush was functioning well, so there was no need for a waste bucket. The room was spotless, and when I mentioned this to the receptionist, they cheerfully acknowledged the cleanliness.

Location was good. Ambience was good.

Few I'll fitting things like door stopper was broken, AC remote was not available, AC was not functioning well, I told the staff regarding this issue but they said it cools this much only. Service is poor, they took 15 minutes to bring my bag from reception to my room in 2nd floor. Set top box was not there in television. Other many cost cuttings were there which should not be there in such a decently costly hotel. Restaurant was not up to the mark, too costly with below average taste.

Basic facilities not available like glass to drink water, toiletries, sandals etc. Food is not at all good, not much options Location is very bad, nothing nearby Management is poor, housekeeping knocking door and asked when we are checking out..such a distasteful Value for money 1 out of 10

The room wasn't clean. The floor was messy. There were hair on various shelves. I had to ask the staff to clean the room well once again. Then it was fine.
