Location, cleanliness, lovely staff.
Beside lamps in one of the rooms would not stay in the wall electrical socket. Lamps not available to use and safety issue.

Very nice place to stay ! view from our hotel room was awesome.

-The housekeeping team is great and professional. They keep the room clean and arrange a thing without disturbing the personal space.
-The pop-up shop during our stay offers a great local gift.
-Location is pretty good but still a bit far from the major attraction.
-Front staff is not helpful, esp the girl who did a reservation job. There is not any help from her.
-The evening lounge is in an open space in the hall; there is some noise disturbing evening relaxation, although the singer is pretty good.
-The pool access is not convenient for people who stay in the main building.

Yes location is beautiful and all staff very helpful. The room is good with views across the Mekong River and food bars only 2 minute walk. The room is good size and ferry clean.
Cold shower..... both rooms 2209 and 2210 had cold showers which spoilt the excellent stay. The staff were unable to resolve.

I room we had was the Panorama River View Room I would recommend this room as it had great view of the Mekong River and it you are awake early the sunrise from the room was very special. Along the river there is a good walking on bicycle track you can take
The only downside I feel was the room where breakfast was served to me it was a little dated did not meet what the room felt like. Also, I could not see any way people that have disability to get to the pool or to the river front. As to get to the river front there is stairs from the hotel

fantastic views, lovely pool, great accommodation and lovely staff.
a bit off the beaten track in terms of location re Nakhon Phanom. A bit dead at night but plenty of places to eat very close. Couldn’t get coffee in the evening.

good location, near restaurant and cafe.
bad manner for front staff, don’t have good service mind and willing to help guest. We found a bottle of Spy wine cooler which was being already opened despite we did not drink in refrigerator when i inform front office, she got it but no any action even apologize.

the hotel has fantastic view of Mae-Khong river and several facilities, the breakfast was great with variety of dishes, location is great too
Unfortunately, we experienced poor service. There’re unwelcoming and unhelpful staff. We’re called by room number not a name or prefix. No eye contact and no gesture of respect. We found it is not a typical Thai culture.
