Great for familys!

Great property. Highly recommended for families. Safe neighborhood with stores and restaurants in close proximity. Not a lot of amenities for a larger group (e.g. one frying pan, one large pot, one small pot and no spices). Owner was very responsive. 5 stars!

We needed space for 10 people and this place was great. The grill was a nice option outside for cooking and all the rooms were comfortable. It was a great base for Boston and cape cod. Thanks for the nice place!

The house was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for 6 of us on our girls trip. I give this a 5 star but I would like to point out a few details that we wish we would’ve known. We files in from GA and didn’t rent a car. We had to Uber everywhere. The owner did leave an Uber gift card got us that we forgot to use :( Unfortunately nothing was walking distance so we were very limited on our snacks and drinks while at the house. We were so thankful to find coffee, creamer, and sweetener already there. There is no water or ice in the refrigerator door but there are ice trays in the freezer. There is no cable so each one of us had to log in to our movie apps to watch tv. The bedroom downstairs in the basement is very hot! A fan is provided and helps but I slept in and out of the covers each night. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom in the basement. Our getting ready was limited to the upstairs bathroom and the half bath off of the kitchen - there were 6 of us !!! Again - this property receives 5 stars from me. The address was quiet and felt safe. The house was beautiful!! Thank you so much for sharing you home with us.

It was well maintained property and very clean rooms. Host is also very helpful and provided quick response on any questions. Overall very good property.

The property was lovely, clean, and updated. The yard and deck were beautiful. The refrigerator did not have ice and water set up but there were ice trays. There was no sugar for the coffee but these are minor things. we also could not locate the outdoor garbage can and recycling bin. It would be helpful for the host to have a welcome sheet explaining some things and check-out procedures. The house was for out-of-town friends and family and less than 15 minutes from our house. We would definitely use the property again next year if available.
