The only downside was the parking and the lack of control in there, 1 bike could easily take 2 spots just because there is no one to control the parking in there

The overall facilities and the hosts ensured that our stay is wonderful. I really liked the placed as it had very comfortable bed. The flat was lovely and it had parking. Marina Floisvos is just a few meters away from the flat.

We liked the area the property is in. Is a brand new modern construction, with ease for parking and close to everywhere.

The property was exceptional, but was lacking maintenance, management and cleaning services. Management was exceptionally poor, yes-us to death and not trying to accommodate us for 21 days we had to stay there! The pictures are way too professional advertised for what the place is! is NOT as big at all as it looks at the pictures. Also there is NO view!! We actually had to bend over the balcony railing, put our life’s in danger in order to see some sea view!! We had to push them to the edge for them to change us an apartment because nothing worked in there, and was not clean!!! Me and my wife we had to mop the place and use our personal beach towels over the nasty stained couch for us and our kid to sit. Two days later finally they arranged for us to move to another apartment, one floor down. The “new” apartment they arranged us to move into, had NO hair drier, chairs on the balcony, broken garbage can, broken shower head, and broken window kitchen outside shades not being able to open them for light to come in. I personally had to replace all non working or non existent furniture from our old apartment, inconvenienced us about 3 hours of our vacation time! EXCEPTIONALLY POOR MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE !!!!!!

The bed mattress was bad. It was rigid .. please chang it to a softer mattress in both rooms.

Was close proximity to the sea, grocery store and walking distance to my family's home. It was a nice place and comfortable to go to after a long day.

I was disappointed as there was very little by way of kitchenware to cook and only one roll of toilet paper. The toilet seat was loose and broken when I entered the apartment to stay. As a temporary stay, I felt that maybe having a little more cookware would be very beneficial. Also, the walls are paper thin and you could hear all conversations from adjoining rooms.
