Breakfast was better than most. Location was very convenient ienr.

really don't like the polyester bedding. I sat on side of bed and actually slipped into th floor via the slippery sheets. The poly bedding makes o e sweaty during the night.

Breakfast was great and there was always coffee and hot water available in the lobby.

What I paid for was NOT what I got. The description of the room I booked included the following: kitchen, sitting area, coffee maker, radio, microwave, dish washer, sofa bed. Had none of those things. Additionally, the shampoo was empty, and there were long dark hairs in the shower that I cleaned up myself. Yuk!!!

Very small and low quality towels with a sink that water barely came out of. We did not find it easy to sleep well in these beds. It took quite a long time to check in because customer service rep. was trying to push Hilton rewards to guests infront of me. $7 waters that are $3.50 at convenience store.

We stayed one night on the way back to Miami and it was nice. The king room is kind of small and there isn’t much space for more than one luggage, but the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and had a decent duvet on it for cozy sleep. There are boards by the elevators that give you advice on things to do and places to eat. It’s located across the street from a great Portuguese restaurant. Good parking!

Although I didn’t need it, the body wash attached to the wall was completely empty. The breakfast was not great. The room had no coffee/tea facility, only a mini fridge. They allow dogs in the room. The room across from ours had 2 large dogs in it and it stank when they came in and out of the elevators in into the hallway.

It had a fresh look. Clean. Convenient.

Room had several issues: bathroom fan which was loud did not shut off and ran all night, towel rod on the inside of shower fell off, mattress was very uncomfortable, iron bed frame made noise every time you moved, and towels were stained. When I brought these to the front desk’s attention there was not very apologetic but told me that’s how fans work. She then took a call and turned away from me. I was not rude, loud or out of line. Simply bringing issues with the room to her attention.

Everything was clean and beautifully designed. The amenities in the bathroom are great. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. There is a lot of little drinks and food to buy and a free coffee/tea station throughout the night available. The breakfast is good. Coffee station with a lot flavors to choose.
