Super organisiert, sauber, alles was man braucht, perfekte Lage in Sache Ring u. Ortsmitte. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Im Eingangsbereich ein Korb mit leckeren Süßigkeiten, unglaublich.

Preis Leistung war Ok .
Da ich Geschäftsmann bin setze ich hohe Ansprüche für eine Ferienwohnung war das in Ordnung und sauber .
Ich besuche in der Regel Hotel mit vielen Sternen , dies war für mich das erste mal . Und sehr Interesant .
Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen .
Das der beworbene Pool nicht in funktion war . Plane war noch drauf .
Wäre gerne eine runde geschwommen .

Super entspannter eigenständiger Check-In via Schließfach, Zimmer gut, Zahnbürste, Wasserflasche und Ohrstöpsel bereitgestellt und nicht selbstverständlich, super Lage am Ring.

The location is great, within walking distance of the city centre. House is newly decorated and room was very clean. Stayed here for the second time, would come again but in a room with ensuite bathroom. .
The room we booked this time did have a private bathroom but wasn't ensuite.. This wasn't clear to us when we booked. (maybe we didn't check the description good enough) You need to get out of your room and cross the hallway to get to your nice & clean bathroom (they do provide bathrobes). Getting to the parking lot is a bit of a climb, but it's nice they have this parking

Fantastic accommodation, I'll definitely be returning. Gorgeous modern bedroom and bathroom (though the bathroom had a questionable layout) with everything you could need. They even provide a free chocolate bar and bottle of water.
The host sent me a message through Booking.com with instructions of how to get into the property, however it was all in German and so I thought it was an automated message. When I arrived I tried ringing the number on the door but the number wasn't recognised. I also tried phoning the number on Booking.com but that wasn't answered. I eventually had to resort to phoning Booking.com's helpline where the lady noticed the message that was sent to me were the instructions on how to get in. Once I had that info I was straight in.
I was also sent a message saying I had an allocated parking space behind the property which I found easily, however there was no easily visible route to get from the parking space to the property, so I ended up parking out front.
The cleaner had missed quite a lot of beard shavings on the bathroom shelf from the previous guest.

Stanze recentemente rimodernate, confortevoli e con buoni spazi. La posizione è molto buona nel centro di Adenau, specie per raggiungere il Nurburgring a soli 10 km. Sistemazione confortevole dal buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
L'unico appunto è che la camera non ha una finestra sull'esterno e la luce filtra dal bagno adiacente

Excellent location, clean room, small swimming pool and seating area at the backyard.
There is also a shared kitchen, I didn't use it personally.
Small private parking, but there was always space during my stay.
Bathroom in my room (#13) was very uncomfortable, sink is directly in front of and very close to the WC. And one must jump over the WC to get to the shower!
I don't know if other rooms have the same bathroom design.

Felt nice and homely / home from home. Was lovely and clean with a good garden to enjoy. It is also a good location not far from the Nurburgring. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend / stay again!

The host is AMAZING. The place is very nice. My stay was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is perfect, the coffee is amazing (not pods, freshly ground beans !), the terrasse is incredible, I regret not spending more days. Oh and I REALLY liked the little grass spot on the terrasse, such a nice touch haha
the street is busy 24-7 so the traffic noise can be bothersome as some room sleep right beside it. The host provides well appreciated ear plugs. Non issue for deep sleeper.

Location and cozy place to stay.
Mattress is really uncomfortable, as all the pillows. On my bedroom, the "private toilet" was outside the room. What's not mentioned on the add.

A good size suite of rooms with all the facilities one could need. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen.
There is no sign on the exterior as you arrive by car. Only by driving past a few times did we spot the house number. The primary reason for booking (swimming pool) was unavailable. If we had known we would have booked elsewhere closer to our destination. Parking is on the street if available.

The apartment size is nice and comfy beds, well renovated and noise insulated. Hosts communicate well and promptly and are very friendly.
The bathroom is not part of the apartment, you need to go through common areas to get to it, very uncomfortable situation to carry all belongings there and back to room. The listing also states private parking available, but it's street parking with max periods allowed, I found myself having to move the vehicle every 2 hours to not get a fine. WiFi was not operational, all IPs taken.

A hidden gem in adenau, very clean, excellent beds and facilities, including a full kitchen. The outside area is great, would definitely stay there again!
