the property is unique and located in a fantastic spot over looking green fields, dunes and the ocean it is small and quite discerning

Taking the breakfast (delicious!) with a view on the laguna, hearing the ocean waves crash behind the dunes was a great moment. The staff was very friendly, easily reachable (also via Whatsapp which is handy for people with no local number), located off the main street leading to Oualidia. The room was huge and good value for money. You can hike next to the laguna riverbed all the way to Oualidia (attention to the tides as with high tide the passage requires you to get rid of your shoes :)).

The wifi is not suitable for staying there and work. It works but slowly and I had to supplement with my own 4g hotspot.

The villa really is something unique! Pictures and words can not really describe the beauty of it. The villa, the spacious rooms, the terraces, the pool and ofcourse, the view... of the lagoon and sea. We have spent 2 lovely nights here! I recommend doing a walk along the lagoon, starting from the backyard to the sea. We even spotted flamingos!! I will definetely be coming back if I have the chance!

- the pool: it is nice and well kept. - small place: I counted 7 rooms. - the chef and the food: the breakfast is nothing special but abundant. They have a fix menu for dinner for all the guests which is good. Best part: In the morning you can ask your own personalized dinner, we had a wonderful meal with crab and lobster. breakfast is included in the price. dinner no. - we asked to change room the first night, and they allow us without problem. Luckily there was a better room empty. - they have the bidet in at least 4 rooms. - Place is very easy to find if you use google map.

- The villa is nice and with great potential, but poorly organized. - electricity problem (you need to have a generator in such isolated place) and water pressure (shower) and drain (sink) problems. - rooms: they are not described properly and, IMHO, much worst then what they look like: some of them don't have windows, others have very small windows; almost all of them have this funny concept that the main entrance is a door/window with curtains. you might feel uncomfortable and without privacy. Lots of humidity because the rooms are very dark and with very poor circulation of air. They are the worst part of the place. - internet doesn't work in at least 4 rooms and normal signal is poor or totally not there in these rooms. - dining room: only two proper tables in the terrace. then a huge wooden table to share with other guests. uncomfortable. why don't you provide at least 4-5 single dining tables for the guests? If you are fully booked, you might have 10+ guests to have breakfast at the same time: it would be an uncomfortable situation: people will need to share the big table. - the manager/host is a kind person. But being the host is not the right job for him. - If you do not speak French or Arabic, you will have difficulty in communication. - a bit overpriced for the services offered.

it’s a lovely place. we had an amazing huge room and a great dinner and awesome breakfast. it was lovely.
