Staff was amazing and super friendly. They would do everything to make you feel happy and welcomed! Although only Spanish speakers. It's possible to pay by card. The apartment was super clean, cleaning service is available every day. Also very comfy bed for a good sleep. They have microwave, fridge and water boiler, a big fan, a table and a chair in every room. A big mall is within 3-min walk range, restaurants and bars are close too.

The hotel is located in the middle of a busy street, so it is very noisy. In Ica they use a lot of tuk-tuks/moto taxis, which result bad air in the city. This hotel has apartments with windows to the yard, which is a better option for a longer stay. Also you need to call staff from the reception, so they can open the door when you leave the hotel, which is a bit weird.

La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación con Fríobar, microondas y tetera eléctrica. Cerca al centro comercial Plaza del Sol.

La bulla de la avenida desde temprano, tampoco es exagerado pero es soportable. No hay cochera pero hay una muy cercana a espaldas que te cobra 8 soles así que no hay problema con ello.

Amazingly clean with white tile everywhere. Central location. Comfortable. Big bathroom. The staff were really friendly. Great value for money.

We were put in a small boxy room with no window except one that was up at the ceiling that opened into the corridor by reception. Because of the tile everywhere every single noise including guests checking in, reception making calls and talking, tv coming on at 6.30 in the morning and staff arriving at 6am echoed everywhere so made for a very truncated nights sleep. I would recommend asking for a room anywhere but on the second floor where we were. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. I hated that every time we wanted to enter the staff had to come down the stairs and manually open the door. It made me not want to go out so I didn't bother them. But they greeted us in a friendly manner each time. It is very hard to find the door. It is very non descript, even when you know the address. I walked by it several times even when I knew where it was.

Ica is a small town, and this place is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre, the guy who is running the place was very nice, and helped us with booking taxis and answered any questions that we had. The place actually looks nicer in real life, and the beds where comfortable.

Ica is a pretty loud townand it can be noizy from traffic. This is however most likely an issue all over the town and there are nocier parts of town.
