I Highly recommend this home. It's one of the best rentals I've ever stayed at.

My sister and I stayed for three nights in early December. We do this annually and have for about ten years. This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed. It was very clean, well stocked, had great internet and tv stations and was very quiet. Check in and out was simple and clear. It’s not right on the lake but that was fine with us…the view was lovely, and in warmer months the outside patios would be wonderful. There were only two of us but the house could accommodate more. The owner was very responsive and professional. We will definitely stay here again!

A short distance from Lake Pepin, the image shown here is the view for you over coffee or happy hour on the front deck. We all agreed this property felt like you were a guest in a friend's home with the privacy of your own space. This beautiful property is very well appointed from kitchen to living areas to accessories. The owner is thinking about the guest experience. The location is just south of downtown and the marina and a short walk to a public boat ramp. We enjoyed our stay in Lake City with a pontoon rental and lunch and wine tasting one day in Pepin, WI. If you've never been to the Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN it is a short drive and a great place to visit. Speaking of Eagles, we saw many while on the lake and driving in the area and even one soaring overhead while relaxing on the deck.

Staying at your well appointed, spotless retreat was a delight. This was our second stay at this wonderful property and there will be many more. It was a quiet, serene week - just what we needed. J. Salisbury

This home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood with great views of Lake Pepin. Everything you need is in this home. Will definitely be back.

Sometime you stumble across a little gem of life that you just want to hold for yourself. Then the better side of you says, “Share good things.” This is one of those good things. An updated, fantastically laid out home. Everything you need for a short or extended visit is here. The entire place is fitted with contemporary appliances and furniture. There are dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, oven cookware and every utensil you might want to use. Coffee, spices, even flour and sugar in case you get the urge to bake. Of course there is WiFi and a large screen smart TV. Located in a quiet residential area, the deck faces Pepin Lake (aka the Mississippi River) only about 200 feet away. Morning coffee, lunch of after dinner drinks on the deck are highlighted by the occasional Bald Eagle and other large birds soaring overhead. Not much time for that TV. A riverfront park and boat launch along side a smooth walkway is about 100 yards north of the house. Follow the sidewalk one mile into town and there is a fully stocked grocery store, restaurants, and small shops waiting for you. Like I said, “I shouldn’t tell you this” because I want it available for my return visit.

Very nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be night lights in bedrooms. Also getting in the house is confusing.

This home is impeccable. The decor, the furnishings, the colors are flawless, and the wood floors are a work of art. Together, they create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with everything one would need. We loved the quiet neighborhood and, most especially, the deck and the view of the lake. Outstanding property. Excellent location with quiet, serene lake view. Within walking distance of downtown Lake City and easy access to nearby recreational sites. Impeccably organized, comfortable and spotlessly clean. From Red Wing to Wabasha you won't find a nicer property.

This house is in a prime location and was absolutely perfect for a little staycation. It was very clean & had everything you could want in a home rental. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room & deck watching the water. I would absolutely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay! This house was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway. The house couldn’t have been any cleaner! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed the deck out front and the views of the lake! We walked into town, which was a great walk! Communication with Virginia was very easy. We definitely plan to come back next year!

This was a wonderful and relaxing stay for my husband and I! Everything was extremely clean, communication was great and we loved the front patio area to enjoy the lake view/sunrise.

This home is in a very convenient location. Close to boat launch, the many lake City amenities, and close by tourist attractions. The owners are very attentive to your needs. This is a home away from home that has everything you need to reduce the stress in your life. The design of the home offers excellent natural light exposure and airflow. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved the beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked from seasonings, cookware & small appliances. We had a rainy day but enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck and playing games at the table. Can’t wait to stay again. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our time here. Our intention was to get the family out on the water for some waterskiing, tubing, swimming and fishing. Mission accomplished! Had one really calm day and got my12 yo up on skis which was a thrill for us all. I did some skiing , swimming and fishing - which all turned out . Great weather and this house is truly a GEM. The house was great and Virginia was fast with communication and lovely to work with. The view from the deck was so serene. Within walking distance to Main Street and a block from the boat launch. Will definitely come back!
