Das Hotel ist Klein und hat nur wenige Zimmer - perfekt wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Die Ausstattung ist absolut TOP und die Betten super bequem. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit sogar ganz alleine für uns - ein Traum. Das beste hier war allerdings der Service. Das Personal war unfassbar zuvorkommend und hat alles möglich gemacht. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast mehr als wohl. Man könnte schon fast sagen, dass hier der Gast König ist. Danke für die schönen Tage!
Die Straße direkt vor dem Hotel. Aber das ist hier ein generelles Problem und nicht nur dieses Hotel ist davon betroffen.

Dream place, we stayed at the Eden Villa. The services of a Hotel and the privacy of your own house, right in front of the beach with a direct access to it and private terrace. From having breakfast delivered to your own terrace overlooking the sea, to swimming before sunset when the beach is already empty,...all those little pleasures you can dream of for a family summer holiday.
The beach was never overcrowded because there's not too much parking in the area so we got the benefit of already waking up there and having a beach practically for yourself (at the core of the summer). And our boys would just walk out to the beach on their own.
There's nothing to dislike. It is not cheap and but definitely worth the money for a unique experience.

Everything was very accessible or easy since its a small Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, Accommodating! Perfect location in front of the beach
It doesn’t have a gym! It has a space for petanque, but with some weights and any cardio machine, it would be perfect! Everything else was great

brand new modern hotel overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Lovely breakfast served in a light open area with outside seating as well. Staff spoke excellent English were very friendly and helpful

the location is on a busy main road and in between two towns so you’ll need a car to get around.

very friendly staff, car parking available, nice hotel with a lot of comfort & well designed, hotel very close to the beach (the beach club is the same owner)
The hotel is at the main street - not possible to sleep with open windows (closed it's fine)
If you want to walk around in St. Maxime you need to take the car (not in walking distance)
The beach club is very expensive - as a hotel guest I would expect a discount

there are zero things that I did not like! loved it all

the hotel is new and beautifully executed. everything has been thought through and it is so comfortable and well thought through. the pool and garden were lovely and 2 minutes from my room. adjacent to the Eden beach club if you want yo go there too.
