Superb apartment, beautifully done with an attentive host who helped me immediately by text with the air conditioning when I couldn't work it out (my fault!). I rarely give a 10 but this new property in Besancon is definately worth the price and excellent for families with a really good organic food store right next door as well. Well done!

I was a bit skeptical about booking it when I saw this apartment. Because it's new, and it's just too good to be true! There are lots of things we like about this beautiful apartment: 1. The location: The location was just a bit outside of the downtown, just about 15 minutes walk away. It's also near a nice park, and close to the river. 2. The parking: We were traveling by car. The parking is just in front of the apartment. Very convenient! 3. Beautiful apartment: Not only high-tech, but also very secure! 4. Lots of little extras in the apartment: Everything you need, or you can think of, are all there! 5. There are two bathrooms! It's perfect for us, the family of four! 6. There's a little Supermarket right next door with bio products which is very handy and convenient! 7. The hospitality of the owner(s): The owners of the apartment is a beautiful and warm hearty couple! They met us in front of the building, and gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything! They put their heart into this beautiful apartment, and made us feel so being at home! They also gave us lots of recommendations about things to do, places to eat...etc. Nothing we dislike really! Thanks a lot for giving us such a comfortable stay in Besançon. We'll be back!

Spacious, very well equipped and tastefully furnished flat. We felt very comfortable. Communication was excellent. We only needed to walk across the bridge to get to the old town.

The apartment was clean and nice. Two big bathrooms. We arrived after a very long drive and it was a perfect place for us. It was no problem that we arrived late in the evening. The host was very nice and helpful, and was very fast at answering our e-mails.
