The main issue we had was that the code that we received to get into the property was incorrect. We subsequently called the property management company, and the other codes that they provided were also incorrect. So we had to wait outside in the heat with our elderly family members until the property management team was able to sort this out. The house is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near the beach and shops.

Amazing property just by the beach. Highly receptive when we had any questions. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The rental process was straightforward & information from the rental agency was prompt.

This house is beautiful. The views are incredible and practically across the street from the beach. There are spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The Decks are unbelievable! I would love to come back! My family loved it.

This home was the best place we have ever rented. We work in disaster relief and are helping with the hurricane. This home has everything we could want. We have 2 older and employees and one with disabilities that makes it hard for her to use the stairs. The elevator was a huge selling point. The fact that the house was 100% ADA accessible is huge for us. We’ve never had that. She was able to get to every floor and the fact she was able to join us on the roof without having to use stairs was beyond incredible. Everyone having their own room with a bathroom was amazing and all of the bathrooms were very nice as well. Management was very responsive, helpful and kind. Two things we ran into was that we could not get the hot tub very hot. It was maybe a degree or two above the pool. Also the pool alarms are annoying. (This is not the owners fault they are required in Florida). I would suggest if allowed having a bypass button on the inside And outside of the sliding doors. That way those that come in don’t set off an alarm. All in all a must stay and we will be back!

The property was beautiful and even better in person. The layout was perfect for our family. Plenty of space-the roof deck was perfect and gave us the space we needed. 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to the circle. Would definitely stay there again!

I can't begin to describe how amazing this home is! The home itself is absolutely beautiful but the focal point of this place is the incredible rooftop deck/entertaining area. We travel frequently and I have never stayed at a home with such an amenity. The rooftop is a 2 level rooftop with bar, tv and lounge area on the first level and then sitting area on the second rooftop for an even better sunset view, as if the first level views are not amazing enough! The pool is gorgeous and the jacuzzi is huge. I liked the open floor plan of the main floor of the house... kitchen/dining/living rooms. There is a great bunk room for the kids. It has a queen over queen bunk bed and a nice sitting area where they could hang out and watch tv. The house was so close to the beach (right across the street) we were able to spend a lot of time there too because of the easy access. Great House, Great Trip! Will definitely come again!
