Property and cabin were great, only issue we had was that the heat has a hard time keeping up and it would get very cold inside the cabin.

This was the cutest and coziest cabin! Cabin 4 sits at the top of the hill over the other 3 cabins. The porch faces out and has the best views! The cabin had everything you could need and was very clean. The fire ring outside was nice and perfect for making s'mores. There's a small creek that runs alongside the property. We would like to stay again someday!

Very clean Excellent View Uncomfortable furniture Unprofessional and uncaring management company

This property has a beautiful scenic view of the mountains set away from highway and city noises. Everything about the cabin was new and fresh. The only thing we noticed with the master bed was that it was very noisy when anyone moved. It was partly because of the bed frame and partly the plastic mattress cover. Other than the bed, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed Dogwood #4 very much. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We even had time to cook on the grill and have a fire in the burn pit! We loved the view from the front porch every morning. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. We will be back for another visit in the future.

Conveniently located just minutes from Ingles and Dollar General it sits at the highest point of the 4 cabins. The property is very well kept and the cabin was beautifully maintained inside and out! Plenty of space for 4 or more people to sleep and you’re not right on top of each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The internet and tv worked great when we were in for the night and just wanted to relax. The full kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals and overall it was just an amazing little cabin! We will definitely be staying here again!

The cabin is fully equipped with all your essentials. It is a little small for a big adult group (a bit of bumping into one another would ensue...lol). Would work for a family with little ones, for sure! Definitely worth the fantastic price for my daughter and myself...and very centralized to all the awesome mountain fun!!

We moved back to cabin 4 which was bigger and better because it had the loft. Cabin 1- shower was not draining so I would hope that next time the cabins are more prepared for cold weather. Cabin 4 was awesome once we got situated. The 441 road was closed to go to Tennessee so it took 2 hours instead of 1 hour. Lots of driving. We truly enjoyed the cabin and our 2 children loved sleeping in the loft. Didn’t cook much but cabin was supplied with what we needed if we wanted to. Yellow rose staff was very polite and they did end up giving us a discount because of the inconvenience of moving. I did have to call several times before that all happened. I would stay here again.

This cabin was excellent! Location is perfect with great views, easy access, very close to everything in Bryson, and even closer to a large grocery store for your last minute needs. You will pass right by the store on your way to the cabin so if you need groceries on your way in, it’s no problem. We were there during an extreme cold, woke up to about 4 degrees and snow one morning, and the cabin stayed nice and warm. The homeowner provided an extra space heater before the worst of the weather which was great! Perfect location, all the amenities, awesome host! We’ll be back!

Close enough to everything we wanted to do (grocery store, downtown Bryson city), but also far enough! The only “negative” I guess you could say was it took quite a while (almost an entire day) for the heat to heat up the entire back bedroom and downstairs. Tv didn’t work at all, but wasn’t a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

my friends and i stayed here for the weekend and we loved it! the only thing that was a little trouble for us was it was hard getting heat to the back bedroom… even when we turned on the fan in the loft to kind of push it back there it still didn’t work that well

However, parts of the description are exaggerated.This cabin is oriented opposite to the other 3 cabins here. This porch faces the mountains and offers a nice view (as long as you don’t mind the power lines) whereas the other 3 porches basically have a view of a heavily-wooded (and VERY close) hillside. Also, in Oct., the sun didn’t directly shine on our porch wheres the other porches all needed roll down sun shades.This cabin advertises it sleeps 6 (actually, 8 in a pinch with the futon). But the loft has twin beds and a VERY low (child-height) ceiling and the other beds are bunk beds right outside the bathroom (noise from midnight bathroom visits?). However, the real issue with the sleeping capacity is the water heater for the single bathroom is good for only TWO short showers before it needs 30-45 minutes to recover! Do the math for 6-8 people . . .There’s only enough room inside the cabin for 4 people to sit comfortably in the livIng area. The futon seats 3 and the rocking chair from the bedroom can be moved but there isn’t floor space for any of the porch chairs to fit and the 4 backless bar stools for the table aren’t comfortable for long.If the main bedroom is cold (because the HVAC unit is in the living room area), use the wall fan above the bedroom door (adjustable from 0 to LOUD) to move warm air from the loft (where it naturally collects, the highest point in the cabin) to the bedroom.The “small stream that runs beside the cabin” is a joke - it’s basically just a drainage ditch. You can’t see it unless you’re standing over it and you can’t hear it unless there’s NO other noise at all - even casual conversation around the fire pit drowns out the sound. Located in a perfect area. Cabin 4 was on top of the hill providing a beautiful view of the mountains. Close to the Tsali trails where we enjoyed mountain biking. The cabin was very clean. The only negative was the mattress was very hard. Everything else was just great!!

The bed was like sleeping on the bare floor and the hvac unit was right outside the bedroom window and every time it would kick on it would be VERY loud and vibrate the whole room and also kick on the outside motion light which meant no sleep. This one is at the top of the hill. From the front porch, you can see the other cabins as well as some other properties in the area. The front porch also offers a great view of the Smokey Mountains. It was quiet and provided me solitude without me feeling completed isolated. I'm not sure how quiet it would be if the other three cabins were all occupied at the same time, as I could hear my neighbor's phone conversation. Bryson City is nearby, so a run to the local Ingles market only takes about 10 minutes. The cabin is clean and well-appointed and is perfect for 1-2 people. Although there are enough beds to sleep 6, I would not want to share it with 4 other people. It might be good for a couple with little kids though. There is a stream that runs along the property, that you can hear from the bedroom at night. The fire pit is a great place to hang out on a lazy afternoon or evening. While the bed is comfortable, the other furniture is not. The sofa is particularly uncomfortable, as are the stools surrounding the table. The best place to sit is on the front porch furniture.

This cabin was awesome! It was like new, I don’t think many people stayed there before us. Secluded but only 5 minutes away from downtown Bryson city. It’s on top of a hill with a couple of cabins below, great view. No washer/ dryer but there is a clean laundromat in town. My girls loved the loft and the master suited us fine. We were a party of 4, there are enough beds for 7 but you would be cramped with that many. 10 out of ten would definitely recommend
