Atención del personal de recepción, nos dieron una habitación sin agua, en reparación y ni se percataron

Hotel cómodo, en el AIFA sobretodo si mi vuelo salió a las 7 am y no estar esperando transporte a las 4 am. Me gustó la ubicación, limpieza, personal muy atento.

La comida del restaurante en PB, el bufete sin chiste, sin sabor, fría y cara.

The hotel was a predictable Hilton great beds, clean, great staff! The best part was being within a 5- 7 minute walk to the airport (although they do have a shuttle) if you don't have lots of luggage the walk is great!

The dining experience was below average. We ate breakfast at the buffet which was fine. But we ate dinner in the dining room which was not good and a funky atmosphere with garish bright lights and not the slightest bit interesting. Really it is more of a conference room atmosphere. They do have an expensive outdoor bar which is probably usually nice but it was super windy.

Que esta super cerca del aeropuerto y tienen transporte aún asi.

Para salir a las conexiones con el transporte están algo complicada deberian tener señalizacion.

We could walk to the hotel and catch the following flight next morning.

It is a bit confusing to reach the hotel with your suitcases. Missing signs to avoid wasting time.

Günstige Lage direkt am Flughafen. Großzügiges modernes Zimmer mit großen Betten (kuschelige Bettwäsche)

La cercanía con el aeropuerto

It is very convenient for taking an early flight or arriving late to AIFA ( NLU). Once the train arrives to NLU it would be even more convenient.

Still some hiccups on the restaurant.

Convenient location, we were able to ride the golf cart from the airport to the hotel which is nice after a long travel day. Staff is great, and hotel is over all beautiful. The room and the views all spectacular.

Better signs to get to hotel from airport would be helpful.

Las habitaciones estaban preciosas, muy cómodas y elegantes.

La ubicación, la accesibilidad del hotel al aeropuerto, a mi y a mi familia nos dio mucha tranquilidad y seguridad el encontranos con esa sorpresa ya que era la primera vez que nos hospedabamos en el hotel y saber que no tendríamos que salir del área fue satisfactorio.

Todo estuvo de maravilla, no tengo inconformidad.

EXCELENTE lugar en toda la extensión de la palabra MUY nuevo excelente para cuando llegas al AIFA y necesitas pasar la noche ahi.

El restaurante de la terraza MUY LIMITAD la posibilidad de comidas y bebidas. Si llegas 10 pm ya no te atienden

Excelente servicio y atención del personal

Tienen excelentes opciones de desayuno y comidas. Todo muy limpio y personal amable. A 7 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe Angeles caminando y si el clima no es favorable, ellos tienen transporte gratuito. Ya sea en carrito de golf o en Van !

Todo perfecto ! No hay algo que pueda decir que no me haya gustado.

Todo está muy bien en general sobre todo por que es una excelente opción para lo que tenga que ver con lo del aeropuerto. Sin embargo creo que el precio es muy alto. Si tuviera una alberca el costo sería justo.

Resultó que no salía agua caliente de la regadera y en la noche cuando quisimos bañarnos era imposible ya que hacía mucho frío. El problema mayor iba a ser en la mañana siguiente ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano. Hablé a recepción y mandaron a alguien a verificar. Lo constataron y la solución fue para la mañana que nos bañamos en el cuarto de al lado sin problemas. Fue incómodo pero resolvieron bien y rápido todo en el hotel. No quedó más que como anécdota.

Excelente atención y servicio. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias.

As acomodações são ótimas, camas confortáveis com ótimos travesseiros e roupas de cama. Banheiro grande com muita iluminação e ótimo chuveiro. O hotel fica.a alguns metros da entrada do aeroporto de Aifa o que facilita muito.

Restaurante caro, preços abusivos. Esperei 50 minutos pare receber uma salada no quarto, o hotel estava com poucos hospedes e não foi uma questão de alta demanda para a cozinha. Mas o pior é que a salada chegou errada com itens faltando e que estão sinalozados no menu.

El desayuno con pocas opciones para mis niños pero cumplidor. Es la única opción si quieres estar justo en el aeropuerto. Me gustaron los jueguitos infantiles justo al lado.

Foul odour in the room and corridors. Service from the restaurant hostess was very poor.

everything that is so closed to the airport and that is very comfortable! and the gym and the golf cart to take you to the airport and the service 🙏🙌

the night I was there trying to sleep to wake up next day by 4am, I guess the hotel received a new guest by 11pm, they were very loud I complaint about and the guest got even worse louder knocking even my walls to make sure I got more noise … it was a nightmare… but is not the hotel unfortunately it is the people no education and not good maners 😏

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. it is also 5 minutes walking from the airport

It was a bit too pricey
