Great stay in a great house. Close to downtown and a lot of activities. History galore. Will recommend to everyone.

Easy check in and directions to this quaint cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Love how throw blankets were available. Fluffy bath towels and comfortable bed. Made full use of the bike, however the front and back brakes do need servicing. The park pass was also a nice perk, Hunting Island was fun. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and peaceful. Will stay here again.

Cute and clean indoors. Only 1 hand towel in bathroom, no luggage racks, light bulb on front porch burned out. Exterior was awful! Needs a major cleaning-yard and house exterior neglected.

We enjoyed the house and the area. The house is nicely decorated with items that support the boating theme. Super quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The state park pass was nice to use.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! Great location, easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and bars. Spanish Moss trail just around the corner. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and nicely updated!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely loved it!

The stay was lovely. The Anchor house is adorable. It is clean and comfortable, with access to two bikes. Just minutes from downtown. A few things to note; there is no dishwasher (I had to rewatch all the dishes we used because the host requires the guests to clean them, by hand, before they leave), only two bikes, we used the grill and there wasn’t a scraper to clean it properly, we also needed batteries for the tv remote. These are definitely small adjustments and it didn’t hinder our stay. Just to be aware of when you rent this house.

The Anchor House was perfect for my husband and I for the few days we were in Beaufort. It's on a quiet street and close to downtown. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. We will be back and forth a few times while our house is being built and will probably be booking this property again.

The house was very welcoming, clean, and had just enough room for the four of us to stay for the weekend. This is the second Mermaid cottage we have stayed in this year, and I would recommend the mermaid cottages to anyone looking for a good experience. Our host has everything you need for your stay and responds quickly if you need assistance. Also the check-in process is very easy. You can check in as soon as you get the text from the host unlike some places where they make you wait until 4pm even if it is ready early. I don't have any negatives from either experience. This house is adorable and is decorated with some neat antiques that also come with a backstory. I like all the little added touches to make you feel at home. The beds are comfy and the living room accommodated our family of four. There is a large fenced in backyard if you have little ones and want some outside time. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, and we were close to downtown. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking a meal. The shower was great and everything was in working order. The house is small, but perfect for a family of four. Great place, thanks for the stay!

We stayed for USMC graduation. The place was perfect had a good location to food and about 20 minutes from base. It was clean and adorable and perfect for us. The owner was very responsive when we had issues and ran out to the house to help me. Definitely recommend this little place if you're wanting to stay in the area.

Great area and off atreet parking was perfect. We enjoyed the set up and decor. We were only in town a few days for a Marine graduation, but wished had more timw here

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming and beautifully decorated home. It was so clean and felt so welcoming when you walked in. Very up-to-date and looks exactly like the photos online. Loved all the decorative touches, tasteful decor and TVs in 3 rooms. Would definitely come back. We really appreciated the use of the park pass to visit Hunting Island State Park too. My only regret was not having time to use the bikes that were available.

Lovely property for a weeks stay for 2. Very clean and has everything you need. Neighborhood is very nice. The pass to Hunting Island State Park was great! The beach/park is very nice. The property provides 2 really nice beach chairs, as well as, 2 bikes. Nice patio for morning coffee and dinner outside. Property is just as advertised! I would definitely stay again! The property was just as described. Loved the decor and the history of the antiques in and outside the home. My husband and I visited Beaufort for the first time searching for the right location for our next home. This rental provided the perfect spot to head to historic downtown, Port Royal, the nearby Sea Islands and Hunting Island State Park. We will not hesitate to rent from this management company again.

My wife and I spent 7 nights earlier in June and everything about the property is exactly as advertised! The neighborhood is beautiful, quite and safe! Location for us is perfect it’s very close to beautiful downtown Beaufort! We’ll definitely rent again!

We were in town for a few days for our son’s graduation from the Marine Corps. This house was exactly what we needed to feel “at home” while away from home. Beautifully decorated, very clean, had many items available that we didn’t have to worry about bringing with you such as towels and a hair dryer. We loved it and look forward to trying more of their properties.

The house was only a mile from downtown Beaufort and a short drive to Port Royal or Lady's Island. The property was clean and comfortable on a serene street. Small touches like some lights on and the TV set on a tranquil channel added to the overall ambiance. Would stay there again!
