Friendly and welcoming staffs. Modern and cosy room make good nights' sleep. Enjoy having a cup of cappuccino in a ray of morning sunlight in the peaceful garden.

Almost perfect! Only flaw is that the shower drains very slowly. Had to switch off shower for a few time till water fully draining.

Amazing place, very slick. Crystal chandeliers everywhere and everything black or white. Easy checkin - I downloaded their app, but no need! Close to train station.

Paper cups in room (but no big deal!). Lots of USB sockets, but could do with another mains socket.

Very interesting hotel concept, modern in an ancient villa, smart without being complicated. The staff was friendly and professional, the location is central, and the room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast choice was a bit limited, although the selection of food was of good quality.

The hotel is excellent, good location with parking. Very clean. I like the ecological style implemented by the hotel.The train station for the transfer to Venice is close (train is cheaper and better option than waiting and paying for parking in Venice).

Breakfast is poor. On Sunday morning at 8:30 no more butter. The answer to my question is: ”I'm sorry there's no more". I would pay more for a better and richer breakfast.

The facilities were lovely! Decent gym, drinkable water, comfortable bed, good water pressure, and I enjoyed using the app to open the gate and the doors to get in and out. My partner and I also had a picnic on the patio. The staff was also really friendly. The location was convenient because the train station made everything easy. Getting to Venice, Padua, and Treviso was a breeze.

I understand that they are striving for sustainability, but it would be great if they could add a (small) garbage bin in the bathrooms. I understand cutting down on waste, but something like that is necessary for many reasons.

Everything about this place is simply amazing. The history of the building it's very interesting and the interior design simply beautiful. We couldn't have chosen a better option for our short, 1 night stay nearby Venetia. It's so clean, so new, everything smells simply amazing, the staff is so friendly and nice. We were able to leave our car at the property to enjoy our visit in Venetia (not to mention the smart features and how safe we felt at the location). The train station is a 2 minutes walk from the property, and after a short train trip of only 20 minutes you arrive in Venezia Santa Lucia. The Foscarini, you are so so great! Thank you for making this small part of our honeymoon simply perfect! Sincerely, Andreea
