Location is very good being in the centre of town. Lots of food outlets nearby. Staff are friendly.

Parking area in the building is very narrow. But later realised there is outside parking area.

The friendliness of the staffs esp those working in Dulang resturant. Love the location is 400 m from Parade Mall and many eateries within 1km. Hotel is not new. However it is clean.

The internet speed is the worst of many hotels I stayed for past many years. My guess is the internet network infrastructure is really old. I ended up using my roaming 4G data plan for my 4 days. If the Internet infrastructure is upgraded, I will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Location - very good, eating places all within few minutes walking distance, in great varieties. Room - very awkward layout. I was upgraded to a junior suite, and the sleeping and sitting areas were separated by a glass cubicle right in the centre of this rectangular room, and both sleeping and sitting areas became very claustrophobic. Breakfast - seems a good selection, but actually quite poor because of quality, eg plain porridge and side condiments of peanuts...ended up not having anything reasonable to eat.

Noise at night, not sure it was from the lounge of the hotel or from the street, can't get to sleep until very late in the night. The bathroom - no where to hang clean clothes to change into after shower.
