Bethel Chapel is simply enchanting! Beautiful, bright and airy. Full of character and charm. I loved the art collection, pottery, books and music. There’s everything you need and more! Great bathrooms with new towels and bath matts. The beds are very comfortable and again seemed like new bedding. Lovely vintage furniture throughout. Just perfect.

Bethel Chapel is a really beautiful property and Staithes is an amazing location, but the property is let down by it's general cleanliness and state of repair. Carpets, rugs and cushions were stained, one toilet leaked, one shower door was broken and everywhere was covered in a layer of grime. The kitchen cupboards were all rammed with more pans etc than you could ever need but we never did find a pan that matched a lid and we had to wash everything before we used it. If you can get over the cleanliness, or lack of it, then this will be a great stay, but I didn't go on holiday to spend most of my time cleaning.

Property full of character in the village with short walk to beach. Thoroughly enjoyable week.

So easy to book access and everything you need in a holiday home . Such a special property and character has been retained

Wonderful property and location. Building certainly has a WOW factor and will be hard to better next time. All the utilities one could want, warm, great views very welcoming. Highly recommended. Would certainly stay again.
