Fantastic apartment. Brand new and wonderfully furnished. All appliances new and modern. We all felt completely relaxed and "like at home". Teodora, the owner, obviously knows how to run the business.

We loved everything about the apartment!
- It is brand new, modern and clean interior.
- The internet was fast
- The parking spot was perfect
- The beds were comfortable
- The kitchen was fully stacked with every kind of utensil, plate, cup you could need. The fridge is very nice!
- The living room was spacious and comfortable with a huge TV and a comfy sofa.
- The balcony is big with a nice table and chairs, also very comfortable swinging chairs to relax on.
- The location of the apartment is 400 meters from the central beach in Nikiti, and walking distance from the nearest grocery store.
- The hosts and staff were very helpful and communicated with us promptly.

The apartment was brand new, really well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Rooms were very spacey. Parking your car is very easy as there is enough space in the area. The beach of Nikiti is 7 minutes away, there were also some good bars and restaurants. The hosts are super friendly and will be happy to give you some tips about places to visit.

Everything was perfect, the hosts are really nice and amicable and always ready to help. The apartment is very clean and at the excellent location. Can’t wait to go back next year!

-The location is about 300m from the beach and the little center of Nikiti close to beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets
-The apartment is specious and has all the amenities needed for a great stay
-The host, Teodora, is welcoming and very helpful
- Highly recommend the place
-Too many unpaved streets in Nikiti
-Construction site across from the apartment- luckily they only worked from 7am to 3 pm, so it turned out to be fine- we started our day earlier and got to spend more time in nature!
