The manager was amazing!

I stayed for 2 nights the hotel is not bad ,located close to a shopping center and highways. For what I saw they keep it clean housekeeping always around cleaning. I'm not sure about breakfast because I never made it. Now my room it was clean and comfortable but it does need updates. Front door is loud anyone could tell when you open it. Bathroom door was hard to close or open. Curtains need to be updated as well. The carpet was the worse one there was holes in it and even the staples were popping up I notice because my foot got pinch by one. Beside that everything else was ok.

It is an older property and is starting to show its age. It is maintained and clean. My AC was not clearing the humidity. It just got cold and damp. The free breakfast was nice and filling. It is adjacent to the Springfield Mall. It fit the bill for an affordable hotel in NOVA>

Stayed in Harper's Ferry over night while riding the C & O Bike Trail. It was nice to sleep in a clean comfortable room after spending 11 hours on a bike.

There was a dry banana peal under the table amongst other dirt. There was a very high pitch electric sound coming from the outlet. When checking the Origen of the sound, I found the dirt.

We stopped at this hotel for one night while we were heading back home. We booked last minute and we arrived late, but we still got an excellent service. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and complete. The only thing that could have been better was the shower. It was making a huge noise, and water was leaking from both end. We were only there for one night and only needed to take a quick shower, which we managed to do, but it would have been unpleasant if we had to stay longer than one night. But other than that, everything else was perfect for the price we paid.

There was a large group with many kids running around in the hallway into the later evening. Unsupervised.

Even though the outside of the building appeared older, the lobby inside was clean and nice, staff helpful and courteous. The furnishings in the room itself were updated and clean, as was the bathroom. The AC smelled a little musty at first but then cleared up. Don’t know if it was on purpose, but the hallways were very warm and stuffy. Breakfast was super nice! All in all, a quiet night’s rest.

Hotel is a bit dated but location is great, 2 minute walk to Springfield Town Centre Mall. Staff were very friendly.

The location of the hotel was very good. Staff were very helpful. A/C in the room stopped working suddenly in the middle of the night, but they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was not big enough for the guests. We had to wait for others to finish.

The staff is wonderful -- especially Khan -- who was courteous and full of information upon arrival. He was excellent.
The property is old and needs updated. The room was fine but just old and not fresh. The dining options nearby are all chains and fast food. Nothing is easy to get to including gas stations. It is in a spot off multiple interstates. We will not stay there again.
