Everything perfect only the internet connection was dramatic,

good location, on route to south of France, good hotel, good service, friendly personnel, good breakfast. easy to check in and out. Would have like the pool view as initially indicated at booking stage. Would have liked to have access to the pool and spa earlier. Overall nice stay, thank you to the staff. We hope the room service colleagues have appreciated Richard and the message in the safe : ) Have a nice day.

Hotel need a refresh. First room was not so clean. Change was OK. Good breakfast.

Clean, very polite and very helpful staff over the phone, at the desk and in the dining room. Reasonably close by car to Fontainebleau. We were not able to use swimming pool or gym because of late arrival and early departure. Falls slightly short of reasonable expectations for a 4* hotel.

This is a perfect stopover if you are traveling with dogs.

The sink was blocked after we checked in and unfortuantely no one was there to fix it. We were given access to the bathroom of another room around the corner. I asked for Gluten and Dairy free options due to my wifes allergies but no notes apparently made their way to them. Probably wont stay there again.

Itis a nice hotel in the area. Nice, clean, and great customer service. I forgot my electrical converter and was able to get one from the hotel.

Remotes place from town and service is not so good for a foreigner like me.

Well located near motorway on route from South of France to UK. Big car park - funny old 60s/80s mash-up building. Small but comfortable, clean room. Very peaceful - slept with window open - no noise. Short drive from Fontainebleau - good selection of restaurants for evening meal. Played ping pong.

Standard for Novotel; swimming pool attractive for children.

Went to get away from the city. The greenery on the property along with the pool was the reason why we chose this hotel. Very relaxing vibe and Overall, very happy stay.

Nice pool. The rooms are smal but ok. The restaurant is family friendly. There were many clients with their dogs. It is in a secluded area.

I was in this hotel with my partner to visit the palace in Fontainebleau. The location seemed appropriate although only if you have a car and GPS as can be difficult to find. Furniture in the rooms was obsolete and worn. It felt like the hotel has not been refreshed for decades. We took breakfast included and they have a policy of DIY, they advertise it as something fun or quaint in poster across the hotel but there nothing romantic about frying your own eggs in sticky micro frying pants or making your own orange juice in a regular juice squeezer.To end with my critique to the place, they took more than a week to release the security deposit made on my credit card. They only did it after I contacted them by email which they didnt bother to reply which I think it is impolite and bad customer service.

Excellent Breakfast and a very nice hotel experience overall.

Whilst the hotel was excellent we felt the food was overpriced for the type of hotel.
