Very convenient location, within short walking distance from Central Station. Right on Queen Street Mall, very good for shopping and dining.

Checkin was disappointing, the room was not ready at 3pm checkin, which I would not have minded but when travelling with 2 young children, it made the process quite difficult.
Also the checkin person was not so friendly, no smile, no apology and no free drinks vouchers, it was only the 2nd receptionist that we spoke to offered us a warm smile, pool keycard and then gave us the drinks vouchers. We decided to go shopping and wait for the phone call to say our room was ready but no phone call came so we just went back to the hotel and asked if the room was ready which it was, luckily.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of the CBD and shopping area. The hotel foyer is very grand but the rooms need some TLC. Pool area is clean but no food is allowed to be consumed there, if you order pool service you have to leave the pool area and eat your food in the designated eating area, drinks are allowed in the pool area though. Jacuzzi is obviously heated but the main pool is not, my kids wouldn’t even play in it.

Check in was very fast and efficient .
Check out time was perfect for my daily needs.
The breakfast in the dinning room was buffet style which allowed for me to eat at my pace and I could get whatever I wanted when I needed it.. There was an abundance of food available and it was freshly cooked and hot..

Room was too warm and I had difficulty getting comfortable to get a good sleep. Air con ran way too hot. It’s Brisbane not Canberra. Won’t go back.

We enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly. Restaurant and facilities were very well presented.
The only thing I can knock on was the room itself... The restroom was updated, but the rest of the room and carpet looks dated, the TV is on a cheap stand alone TV stand... I just expected a little more from a Hilton.
The King bed was very comfortable, overall we would still stay there again and recommend it.... your not spending most of your day in the room anyway, let's be honest.

Hilton was nice but felt the rooms were a little tired. When I went to plug my phone in to charge there was a peanut on the floor, so the cleaning wasn't perfect. Staff were amazing at the bar and restaurant.

Expected a certain quality for money our spent to stay at Hilton but a bit disappointed with staying there.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Would have preferred that our rooms were together, since we were a family. One room was in the opposite direction and the other on a different floor which was a little inconvenient.

We have a great time during we stayed here for eight days. Every staffs are well training and full of passion. The breakfast is awesome and also offer variance choice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel's location is really convenient. It's the best and the most valuable choice in Brisbane.
