We were in the room for 15 minutes and left. It was dirty, junction box under the heater, bedframe sticking out to cause injury, mattress the worst I have ever sat on. Tried to report it and still have not been contacted with a. Resolution

My room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and warm. I had a little trouble warming up the room, but was able to figure it out. The staff was fantastic and efficient.

It is a older facility but it is well kept.

Sadly this was one of my worse stays due to the inconvenience of the bathroom LIGHT leaking water into the bath tub at 12am.. I requested another room & the AC unit control did not work, there was a party/ music until 2AM me & my wife didn’t get any sleep. I will never book here again due to the minimal 6-7 hours I needed this space to rest & shower yet couldn’t event get that.

This hotel is the most disgusting place you could ever be in. this place was never kept up with. It is dirty. Most of the room smelt like mold, mold, growing in bathroom, sinks, awful smell coming out of the air conditioners, outside of the property is all black never power washed, cracks all over the floors in the pool area cracks everywhere. Never again.

I love everything about this location with the exception of the air conditioning. The elevators were extremely hot and the hallways as well. Othet than that it was a beautiful place and the rooms were great. I would recommend more lightening in the rooms.

This is usually my favorite place. Staff is wonderful. Upon my arrival the power was partially out. We had to use the service elevator and no key cards. The ice machine was broken. The hot tub was broken and because the electric was down I was charged twice for my room. It was adjust. The staff was great but in our 5 days not once did maid service come. Had to request towels and the trash to be emptied.

THE HOTEL IS GOOD STUFF IS FRENDLY BUT WAS NO AC IN THE LOOBY FOR THE 3 DAYS I BEAN THER AND WE COMPLAINED THEY SAID THEY WORKING ON IT BUT NOTHING DONE !!!! BUT THE ROOM THE AC WAS GOOD.

The staff was excellent. Our daughter left her ipad in the room and the front desk associate found it and kept it for us while we drove back to retrieve it. The hotel seems like it could use a little updating, but it was clean and comfortable, which for a one night stayover was just fine.

It was ok. Middle of nowhere- near a rundown abandoned commercial office building complex and next to a dilapidated old hotel- kind of spooky- boarded up and collapsing. The poll was gross and cloudy- really could have kept it in better condition. The location was supposedly less than 20 miles from where my son was participating in a lacrosse tournament- Rider University- but this place was so out of the way it took over 45 minutes to get back and forth- was expecting closer to 20 minutes. Also, the pool is important to us- after a day of playing lacrosse we like to hang out by the pool- this one was gorss...just gross.

You can tell this is an old hotel. Checked in and the Cookies we always look forward to were cold and hard. Toilet did not flush properly, maintenance came up at 10:20PM and tried to get working better, which he thought he did. He said he could change out the flapper ball in the morning. We were only there one night. Hair was all over the floor and was not ours in the bathroom. To me being in the industry, that is just disgusting and not up to Hilton Standards. Overall, not happy.

Arrived after a long ride, the gentleman at the front desk was most pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would change is the feeling of a quarter mile walk from the elevator to my room, it left me breathless.
