My stay was so quiet and nice

This was a quick stay to relax after the loss of my dad. We stayed in a king suite room and it was perfect! The robe in the closet was a wonderful addition making me feel more relaxed than an ordinary room. The only wish is if there was a bath tub instead of just a shower, but not enough to take a way a high star.
There was a construction project happening in the hotel but we didn't even notice until the staff apologized.
We will definitely stay again!!

They charged me $110 incidental just to see if I noticed after I had already paid in full. Calling them back, they had no idea why I was charged extra and refunded.
Not many people with triple check the charges, I wonder how many others they “tack on a bit extra” to see if they notice the charge?

The staff is amazing, gracious, and helpful. Two things I would like to see in the room is a safe to store valuables and free water bottles. $4 -8$ is ridiculous. Otherwise everything else was immaculate. I have a great time there.

I always think that this is one of the best places to stay cause it's right in town and a lot of places to eat and go to like movies and the mall

The entrance and lobby are under construction so it was a bit inconvenient, but the staff have made the best of it. There were posted signs to help navigate the maze to get to the elevators. I wish some kind of breakfast was included, but it was only by purchase. The room was very clean, the maintenance staff was very prompt when something happened with our a/c unit.

Very comfortable beds and comfortable room. I made my reservation months ago and still needed to ask for my preferences at check in - luckily they were able to find a room that fit my needs/requests. The hotel is under renovation which was a little bothersome at entry and front desk area. I asked for some items to be printed - not a lot and a $5 charge was imposed although not disclosed. Slightly annoying when paying over $300 per night. Breakfast was excellent and service at restaurant is top notch. Loved the granola and fruit was high quality. First floor feels retro / could be upgraded for the price also parking lot was full at night so had to get creative. Bathroom soap is very lux - indoor/outdoor pool is fun just super chlorinated. Overall comfortable and service was more professional than most. Extra fees for printing - not good.

This hotel was awesome!! Everything was near by within 5-10 minutes. Awesome customer service very polite and friendly. Was extremely clean. Only thing is wish the rooms had a microwave in them instead of having to all the way downstairs to heat up food!!

The hotel is in a college town and it’s expected to be not as clean but everything (furniture and carpet) looked worn and dirty. Then there was the construction going on at the front of the building affecting the dining room and bar. Re-routing the entrance to a side door made it inconvenient and unsafe. The parking lot was full every night, had to park where employees park so we would not get towed. Should have posted on their website that the hotel was under construction so I could have decided if I wanted to stay somewhere else.

This hotel was affected by Crowdstrike two days later, so we were issued only one key. That key was in the hands of a family member after we had left for dinner... and the hotel was unable or unwilling to help us into our room without that particular key. It was pretty awful. So it took a trip across town from my son, and about an hour wait in the lobby and parking lot for us at 10pm after a long day. This was inconvenient, unaccommodating and ridiculous. They should have been trying much harder.

We loved our stay at the FoCo Marriot. They were very accommodating of our early check in request. And we found the room to be spacious, clean and had a nice view. I was happy to see they are dog friendly and family friendly. The only thing missing was a dresser. i like to unpack into drawers and not feel like I'm living out of a suitcase.
Breakfast was great and the coffee shop/ bar had great service too.

A dirty wash rag was left hanging in the shower. Cleaning crew was wonderful and helpful. Front desk employees were rude and uncooperative. Pool was cloudy and dirty. Parking lot unsafe due to crumbling blacktop.

Nice rooms plenty of room! Pool was nice! Draws in room would be nice but not complaining! Shower was great with perfect water pressure! Staff at desk was very helpful and pleasant

There was no enhaust fan in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was loose and was damaging the wall paper, The security lock at the entry door was very loose. We didn't like the way the door, closet and bathroom entry was configured. We didn't like the hard surface floor in the rooom. The bath shower water pressure was low. I've stayed at a lot of Marriotts, but this one was not up to par.

It’s a nice property. The pool needs to be redone and I know there’s some updates that are doing.

The parking was horrible had to wait 15 min each night for someone to leave to find a spot. Water and fruit in lobby always empty. Was given a room and then told the key was wrong but when I got to the elevator found out the room was downgraded. Staff was rude property dirty. Remodel was not client centric look ok but not functional bathroom design was poor wallpaper painted poorly. Was not up to marriottt standards I’ve stayed at lower tiered properties that were much nicer and won’t go back here
