Hotel is very clean, Services is amazing, Restaurant staff especially is top of the line. Restaurant Buffet 7am to 12pm are very tasty and vary each day. Dinners and dish platters are also quite good. although they are a bit pricey compared to other places in the city. We went during a time that there were no events going on at the Plaza De Torros or at the Feria except for some music playing, so it was fairly quiet, but I can imagine it would be loud when there's events, because you can hear everything. Downside is most businesses were closed around the hotel, except for bars but was told by locals that the front area is not safe to venture out to, but walking on the rear side to the Centro side is fairly safe.

The area where the fridge used to be was very dusty, carpet looked dirty , bathroom sink was clogged up, wash cloth was stained,, cleanliness needs to be better,, But the staff was very kind including the waiters at the restaurant

Awesome place

I loved loved loved the staff, from the receptionist to the vallet parking. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the food was delicious, the hotelnis very central and safe

The reception area staff were extremely unprofessional and very rude. They do not greet anyone upon entering the hotel to check in, they only stare and don’t offer to help. I had a regretful experience with Mariana in reception. Her attitude and customer service is very poor. It’s unfortunate that this was our initial experience, the rest of the staff was welcoming and attentive, but it’s a shame that one person ruins an experience since the beginning. The pool area is great, just maybe the pool should be chlorinated and cleaned since it does look foggy. I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, and had a great experience, since then it has definitely degraded. Will most likely not be back here. There are better places nearby.
