We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was not made properly a single time during our stay. It was not made at all the third day despite us leaving in the morning to come back at 10:30 pm. What does that mean? They would not put new towels after removing the old ones... every day we had to ask for clean towels. They did not remove the trash. So at the end of our stay some of it was there since day 1. They never bothered replacing the coffee supplies so we ran out of coffee pouches the second day since there was two of them. The amenities and hotel itself are great though. Location is convenient but it is located alongside a highway and it is extremely busy / noisy. Lots of noise coming through the windows. We cranked the a/c fan to cover the noise... but again i did not expect such old units in a renovated sheraton. Straight out of the 90s. More midern hotels have central air and are thus quiet. Pool and saunas were great. Because of the room/service problens, I cannot recommend this stay and would go as far as to say that it tarnishes the Sheraton brand.

We unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of the free food as we got there too late and missed the free breakfast as we had to leave early the next am. Prices are steep in the store in lobby for food sandwiches. Otherwise it’s beautiful. Bed is wonderful

Property is rundown, our room was in an urgent need of repair. Broken furniture, barely any pressure in the shower, broken A/C, ripped chair, also the metal corners of the bed kept falling down and my wife hurt her foot Front desk attendant was very snooty, didn’t greet us with info about the pool or amenitiesD almost threw the keys at me…. Very unprofessional Very disappointing for the price paid!! I also had an unknown 40$ room charge that they can’t explain but won’t credit… I suspect that unless you’re an Emirate, they won’t show you respect

The hotel was amazing , complete amenities like pool , sauna , spa etc. Staffs were friendly.

It is very clean and comfortable and have amazing locations

Carrefour Laval was next door. Pool, hot tub, and shower hot water/head was great. Lobby was impressive. What i didnt like was the increased price for long weekend, no included breakfast, no free hot chocolate. Overall great stay!

Elevator not working! Deposit was too high its normally $100 not $200

Although, the carpet looks like something that needs to be replaced or needs to be cleaned the hotel is the nicest one in Laval. I know that because I stayed in the ones near by in the past. Great restaurants in the area and there is a beautiful mall right across. I’ll stay there again and will refer it to family and friends.

A bit noisy from outside

The room was spotless, the staff kind and considerate, the faculty with the bar, restaurant and 25 hour store was wonderful. Parking was easy.

The hotel is very convenient and close to major highways. Room were clean and easy self parking. Friendly staff. We will return.

Fantastic location! An Upscale Hotel with lots of Ameneties. The Service is impeccable! There's no need to leave the facility for anything! Right across from the Largest Shopping Mall in Montreal/Laval! Walking distance to an excellent selection of restaurants too!

Excellent hotel and customer service! I opted for a club room and was extremely pleased with the room and options that were included. The room was cleaned and restocked daily and the bed was extremely comfortable. The club lounge was a great perk and provided a large variety of options for breakfast and served appetizers each day. The food was delicious and there were different options everyday. The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and in a very convenient area with lots of food and shopping options nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Renovated since the last time I stayed at this hotel. Great location to many restaurants, shopping, and highways.
