I was there and because that was the only hotel I found with grooms. I was evacuating due to hurricane Milton. Dirty, stank, smells like weed. Way too many dogs. I saw dogs I’ve never seen before and not to clean the bed sheets and towels had hair and stains and the bath tube no so well clean. The ac water from the outside drips and the whole thing makes it so wet outside . Elevator took for ever

I was unable to get the room type I booked.

room was very dirty and limited amount of towels, elevator out of service, people using drugs in the hallways, outside was very firty

The lady in the front Dess was very rude. She charge my car and then tell me that the system was down that I had to pay cash. Even when I have the receipt from Travelocity she didn’t mind that I had to go out go get the cash and come back, when I argue that I have the receive that she just showed me where a lot of attitude she calls the security and the security tells me that I have to do what she says when I show proof that they already charge me the lady got upset and told her security guard that I had to leave the property that I’m not allowed to be there I think they are scamming people and taking the cash. I have pictures of the lady the worst situation ever.

Our stay was great and walking distance to the bus stop, mall, and many restaurants to choose from.

JUST THE FACT COPS ARRIVED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, THEY WOULDNT SWITCH ROOMS OR REFUND US THE ROOM, WE WERE LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE DILEMA IT WAS SCARY AND FRUSTRATING, WE WANTED TO LEAVE!

Bedsheets have a bad smell,a/c leaking smell like dirty water,they didn't have no pillows, front desk and staff doesn't care

This place has went down. It’s sad to say ever since Motel 6 took over. It was dog Doodoo in the halls. The bed was itchy. I saw things on the bed. The non-smoking section smells like smoke the pool is out of order when I was laying down in the bed I got a couple of bumps on my arm I had to go and relocate

Nice helpfull staff at the reception. But appartementbuilding and area are not too nice..

since I entered without air conditioning in the reception and the avitacion with a very bad smell and the sheets were very dirty and stained and smelled too bad

We decided to book there as an emergency as our AC stopped working and I wanted the kids to actually sleep and it was fairly close to our home. The check-in and check out process was the only good thing about our stay. The sheets had stains in them, the walls were gross with things splattered on them. The toilet moved forward even when my 3 yr old sat on it. The sink stopper was in the down position and the lever broken so the water was not going anywhere. There were a lot of noises outside between kids running and footsteps. The elevator smelled like pee and it all just felt just disgusting. Absolutely would not recommend!!

I know it’s a motel , but it smelled Bad . Thank God I carry my own bedding everywhere. The bedding was dirty , the bathroom was nasty . I nearly stayed I was very uncomfortable wouldn’t be back .

Probably the dirtiest place i ever stayed in. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the smell and how unclean it was. Dont mean to complain but it was a horrible experience

Not well maintained. Needs more maintenance. Had holes on restroom door. Curtain pole was held with random screws. Clogged sink. More cleaning needed. Blankets and towels looked very used and stained.

The reality is nothing like what is portrayed online.

The staff was lovely, I stayed one night to rest before the drive to key west and it was quiet for me to rest with my small pet. Clean room.

Room had no refrigerator and microwave Ice machine don’t work the elevator is about to fall apart and smells like piss. Extremely upset and disappointed.

This motel its definitely more for like the locals .. faucets loosen, rust everywhere, simple bed and a TV nothing else in the room .. AC units almost all of them have a bucket underneath but in reality there was water everywhere... elevator does NOT seemed safe and was really dirty .. ended up staying 1 night and had to check out the next morning... I didn't feel safe staying the rest of my scheduled time...

If you want to get sick or see others die of over dose then this is the place to be. Where the pool has never past inspections it’s drugs left in the rooms black mold on the toilets and tubes and tables. When you wake up everything in your room will be wet and moldy smelly.

Nasty , dirty room . The bed with a lot of hairs and also the towels , the floor very dirty , to noisy at the morning with the cleaning cars and the shower was broken . Not happy at all .

Rm 223 the ac was broken my rm was down graded to rm 225 and the shower was clogged room smelled like fresh paint. Behind the bathroom door you can tell that a dog was trapped in that bathroom because the dog paw marks on the door. Ice machines out of service only one working elevator. No ac in the lobby vending machine serving hot beverages. Pillow had gray stains. Besides that amazing front desk staff made me feel welcome dispite of the commotion of one guest who was just screaming on the top of her lungs complaining in the lobby about the lobby to someone on the phone FRONT DESKED REMAINED CALM AND PROCEEDED WITH CHECKING IN GUEST EVEN THOUGH THE LADY WAS DISPLAYING OUT OF CONTROL BEHAVIORS. This not my first time here I have had better experiences as far as my stay…. But this is MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING FIRST CLASS SERVICE IN THE FRONT DESK IN THIS LOCATION SINCE 2010 I’m sorry I forgot his name but look in my folio that guy he is the bomb.com

Dump bed sheets, rusted furniture, not being able to readjust the ac (room was at 66° with dump sheets)

Woke up to everything very wet. The humidity in there was horrible. I had to send the kids to school smelling like mildew. But I never have a bad experience with the staff or this place. Love it here..
