The room was decent. However, we stayed 4 nights and out of that 4, our room was partially serviced ONCE. Beds were never made, trash taken out the one time the room was serviced. I had to get fresh wash cloths and hand towels each day when we returned to our room. Other than that, the breakfast was outstanding and staff were friendly and professional.

You can tell the staff cares. The breakfast was better than average and a nice bonus. Room was clean and well maintained, no issues. The town and restaurants around the hotel are okay but the river area was a little sketch. Good value for the money, would stay again.

This was by far our favorite Best Western Hotel.
Our room was large with a Jacuzzi Tub and a wonderful view of the Rogue River Bride.
The staff were OUTSTANDING! Stacey gave us a great recommendation for dinner which was just 2 buildings away. She also told me of a couple of places to visit in town. The people here are warm and friendly. It was a much appreciated respite from our busy traveling adventures!

Check in was quick; easy. Staff were nice. Room wasn't bad, a little dated. Stayed 4 nights, and had to get both key cards "reactivated" on two different days. Breakfast foods were 9/10 and again, staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi was free, but HORRIBLE. Had to log in a few times for work, and connection kept dropping or completely disappearing. Overall a nice hotel, but would not use as a first option, due to needing to be available for work. Definitely a 10/10 for staff friendliness!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay! The staff at this location were all friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious with a special meal of the day! The room was large with a nice refrigerator and microwave. It is waking distance to town and to the river. The pool and hot tub are outdoors and perfect temperature. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return next time we are in Oregon!

I’ve stayed at this specific property quite a few times and have always been satisfied. But this time the only thing I would say is it seemed the room I stayed in needed to be renovated. Other than that, everything else was fine.

People at the hotel were great. Busy so not enough help with luggage up the stairs. No elevator!! Must have missed that in the info. Must have missed telling them i had a dog and wanted ground level. Old and needs remodeling. Again low toilets and NOT on the Rogue river!

We enjoy a wonderful room. Internet not strong enough. They have fios that’s wasn’t working to its potential. We work remote. Had to leave on check out day a bit early because internet was just too slow.

The motel needs major updates. No elevator, bathroom tile, shower surround and sink fixtures are very dated. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was great with good choices. Friendly staff and the Mexican Restaurant next door was fabulous!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is well maintained and staffed. The only issue was that our room smelled like old socks. They were fully booked and unable to provide another room. But did bring a bottle of Fabreeze. A clean scent in the room is as important as a clean room.

I was here for about three weeks. The new manager is very nice and helpful. All the front desk staff were awesome. The only thing that could have made it better was to have different choices for a hot breakfast.
