The hotel was undergoing renovation. It took me moving to 3 different rooms to find one that everything worked in. very limited parking. I would not stay there again.

Room was really nice and clean. The hotel was being remodeled and it didn't bother us a bit.

Everything was great! The hotel is currently being updated but there wasn’t any noise. The breakfast had tons of options and the staff were very nice! Pool was nice to swim in and our room was a lot bigger than we expected.

Parking lot was full of construction vehicles and piles of materiel for building or discard. Signage was confusing or nonexistent. This in an area with about 8 hotels. Yours looked like condos, not a hotel. It was readily apparent that the front desk would have preferred not to speak to anyone, so, after all that driving, and arriving 20 minutes before the 3 pm check-in time only to be TURNED AWAY because NO ROOM WAS READY, we decided to relieve him of the necessity of speaking to us again and went somewhere else. Taking our business to the Hilton instead from now on.

Bathroom walls were filthy and it was loud due to construction. They didn't give out extra pillows and the breakfast was gross.

The room was beautiful with every amenity necessary, the only thing that was disturbing was that they hotel was being renovated and there was no mention of the fact that the pool was closed and there was construction dust and debris in common areas. The breakfast room was well stocked and clean though. The coffee machine was in a room with building materials and plaster buckets on the floor. That was the workers responsibility for sure but the management should have had them clean up at the end of their shifts. I'm certain when renovation is complete it will be a lovely place to stay - close to restaurants and downtown Eugene.

Property was under some renovation so that would have been good to know. However, they post that electric charging is on site but that’s a lie. The hotel does NOT have anything on site. Expedia should be made aware of this false advertising. There are Tesla stations nearby and that’s it.

AC stopped working in the middle of the night.

This location is undergoing massive construction. The inside and outside is completely tore up, no parking, super loud, smelled of paint because they were painting at front desk we couldn’t even checkin. This was not advertised online and is false advertising.

Hotel is conveniently located off I-5 in Springfield, OR. EMX bus stop is 1 block away with easy access to downtown Eugene and UofO. Numerous chain restaurants within walking distance. Best Western Grand Manor is undergoing remodeling but it is very comfortable and a nice hotel while work is underway.

Reconstruction incomplete, illogical floor plan, noisy a/c, refrig didnt work properly.

Hotel was under construction, which was not disclosed at time of booking (was within the week of stay, so should have been noted). Bathtub/shower was dysfunctional - would only half change from bottom faucet to showerhead, which led to standing water and a sporadic showerhead with poor pressure. I am not obese, but that towel BARELY covered me. No filtered water station. Any kind of coffee you could ask for, but no water. Finally, the price was outlandish for the condition of the hotel. Granted there were olympic trial events the weekend we stayed, but the condition/status of the hotel was subpar for the price. Would not have paid more than $175 for this stay on a high event weekend

Hotel looks like they started construction and then never finished. Many amenities not available or are available but not up to par for use (gym). Not what was advertised or what we expected for our weeks stay

Lobby was being remodeled. Got upgraded to a larger room since original room & floor was being painterd. Building was quiet.

Not well maintained, dirty, hassle with renovation.

The bed was broken with the mattress sagging on one side to the point it was unsafe. There was construction inside and outside, making it noisy, dirty, and unsafe.

Easy parking and several dining choices nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The property was under remodel while we were there making the facilites very uncomfortable. One would assume that in the months ahead it will be nice.

Property was under renovation during our stay. Plastic covering parts of entrance & lobby. Building materials stacked outside the front. Light & outlet on left side of bed did not work. Was told breakfast was at 6:30 when we checked in. The next morning was told breakfast was at 7:00 so we just left.

We weren’t told there was construction going on, so that was a bit awkward.

This property was under renovation. Overall, the room was clean, spacious and accommodated for handicap challenges. The specialty coffee machine was a big hit! It was a bit challenging to maneuver the hallways & watching for tripping hazards.

Room was Great, close by good restaurants. Property was undergoing renovation, so it was messy do to this. However, this should be short term and I would stay here again.

The property was under construction renovation. Which I realize is basically OK, but it should have been mentioned before I booked.

Undergoing remodel - and a very cheap remodel at that. Decor was mismatched and tacky.

Gotta be kidding!! Middle of remodel, crap absolutely everywhere. Dodging around all kinds of things. At this point elevators not readable but they couldn’t accommodate us on the first floor. I asked them to call Expedia to get our refund. Told us WE had to contact Expedia but failed to tell us that they have to approve Expedia giving us our money and they refused when Expedia called. To ride to claim that because the elevator works but is just not accessible it’s not their problem. They essentially lied to me at the desk. They could have offered to take the luggage up for us but didn’t. Expedia made it good after a 30 minute wait, but Best Western, and particularly this property which I have stayed at many, many, many times over the years gets a huge black mark. Last two visits have also had deteriorating situation. Very sad, and cheating is completely unacceptable.

The hotel is doing some renovations. But what I liked is the king size bed. My 3 kids fits in the bed. The room is clean and organized. It also has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a laso a balcony but since they are renovating, can’t stay in the balcony because there are scraps blocking the view. They also have a wide variety of foods to choose for breakfast.

Unfortunately, under renovation. Tripping hazards for older folks.The front desk was understaffed & the person manning the desk had to handle major multitasking. Our recently renovated room was nice with a large handicap shower, except there was no place to hang clothes & shower stall needed a place for bar soap. Downstairs there was an awesome coffee machine in the lobby with several specialty coffee options.
