Very pleased with our stay

Excellent and helpful staff! Rooms are comfortable and beautiful, almost elegant. Location is convenient. My only criticism—they use cheap coffee at breakfast. It’s a short step above dishwater.

We had an extended stay and asked for towels but no one delivered them as promised. Other than that, it was a good stay

Everything was good, the room and the service 10/10 But the food it is not too good.

The bed was very comfortable but overall the place needs a refresh. The carpet was very dirty and the furniture was really shabby throughout the hotel. I know they are going to be doing a remodel soon and it couldn’t come fast enough. The staff was super nice. The breakfast and happy hour needs some work. Wish there were some healthier options. But for the price it’s doable.

Having a breakfast and an evening meal makes it very convenient. The room was clean and check in and out was very smooth. We will stay again in the future.

I'm sure will be great when they complete the planned renovations.

Would had liked to see the breakfast better filled as we and many others waiting for food.

Anna was wonderful! She was very sweet, and took care of all our needs! Troy Inn & Suites is very lucky to have such a great employee like her! My family also loved the very clean room, yummy food, and the refreshing pool/hot tub. We will be back!

Very friendly. Had great conversations with front desk. Dinners and breakfast was great. Just wishes pool was open. They had coupons to use a fitness center for pool.

The stay was everything we would expect it to. Be And more. No complaints the hotel did hold back $100 on credit card , as they usually do, and is slow to return it after the visit

Great hotel with Jacuzzi tub rooms.

Hotel was clean, and quiet. Staff was professional, and friendly. Area was nice, and locals amazing.

It was kind of the manager to provide our group with a no charge conference room.

The property is old and not cleaned well. The pool was dirty and cloudy. Booked a room with a jetted tub. Spent an hour cleaning it before attempting to use it, however it was too dirty to use at all.

Floors could have been much cleaner. The breakfasts and dinners could have been MUCH better.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to for us coming from out of town and planning our route away from heavy traffic. Only one unfortunate was that we specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub and it was closed for maintenance but apparently it is not the norm. I would stay there again.

Everything was great, only complaint is the breakfast. Eggs were cold, meat was hard and cold. The hotel room twelfth and staff were fantastic.

There was no blanket or bedspread on the bed. Only the fitted sheet and sheet. The closest ice machine was in a different wing of the hotel. When I called the front desk to ask about the bed, there was no answer. Their wireless network is unsecured. There was no guide or card to indicate the channels on the TV requiring scanning through all the channels. There were large rolls of carpet in the hall outside my room during my entire stay. They require a $100 security deposit. My wife commented that they must get some unsavory gusts if they require a security deposit. They did have a great selection for breakfast.

When we arrived we were asked to pay a premium for incidentals and lectured about using a 3rd party company to book our stay. A similar conversation happened at check out. Also, we reserved the room at this hotel as there was a pool and hot tub that we found out is not available until 10 AM, clearly not trying to accommodate the business crowd - and I could not even get in the pool in the morning as it was closed to adjust chemicals until 11 am when I needed to check out. Other than that, the room was clean, fairly comfortable. We did not find any information regarding the TV channels nor was the TV guide assessable on the TV so we had no idea what station we were watching or what programs were available, unfortunately. We probably will not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. One thing was how quiet it was even close to the freeway. I never heard any sound from neighbor rooms. What a pleasant surprise to have both a breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet included in the room price. The food tasted good and there were plenty of options each day. This saved us so much money during our week long stay. They even offer a ticket to exchange for a adult beverage each night. The indoor pool and spa was kept clean and stocked with towels. The temperature was just right for a swim and soak. Every person that worked here was nice and professional. I liked the little shop with drinks, snacks and travel items like aspirin, toothpaste, bandaids, ect. Easy access off the 75 Fwy.

Great service, clean and comfortable

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, entrance, elevators, and lobby were notably dirty. Room was clean but very dated. Bed was uncomfortable. Not worth what I paid to stay there. I would have left after seeing the lobby, but it was non refundable. Oh and the pool is out of order.
