The staff was cordial. The maintenance crew kept up the property in a professional manner and kept things beautiful. The city is safe and has walkable amenities. The hotel also looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The view of the valley is great.

Ac/heat unit was broken and the heat was on all night , the room felt like sauna, and it wouldn't let me turn it off. The night staff couldn't fix it so we had to suffer all night without sleep.
They renovated the hotel and only worked on the surface beauty, simple thing like exhaust fan in the bath/shower didn't even work.
I suffered bad allergy in the room, thus a low rating in cleanliness.
