Stay was good. Comfortable beds. Close to airport but no airport shuttle. About a $16 cab ride. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast had some hot items and good selection overall.

Lovely property, great rooms. Very quiet pvernight and eslasy to access/ find. Within walking distance to downtown sidney for dining and shopping. The welcome bags for the kiddos are an amazing little extra that always go down well and get a huge smile in return. A little privey overall but to be expected given the area and vicinty to airport.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Front desk staff were awesome as were housekeeping. The room was very clean, well appointed with everything we could need. My son was cold so I phoned down to the front desk at 11 that night for an extra duvet and 5 minutes later, they were at the door, duvet in hand asking if we needed anything else.

The hotel staff are friendly and customer service centred. We borrowed an umbrella because it was raining. The gym has a Peleton.

We had to stay at Best Western Plus Emerald Isle unexpectedly when our flight was changed by the airline. They (Harmony at the front desk was so kind!) accommodated an early check-in, the room was spacious and comfortable, and when we had to leave very early in the morning, they arranged for a taxi, and gave us a grab and go breakfast bag. We were very glad we chose this hotel.

Our checkin host was very polite, welcoming and attentive, and gave us very useful information about restaurants and the hotel services. The property is a bit dated and the AC could have been turned on before our check in to make the room more comfortable upon arrival but these were very minor things.

The breakast was served in a seperate building. So be prepared to get wet when it rains. Very inconvenient. For the price point you would think the general manager would have the brains to not force paying guests to walk out of the building just to have breakfast. Horrible set up.

on going down to breakfast only tobe told we been busy this morning which is why there was no cold fruit juice or some hot breakfast items missing, I walked into breakfast room at 8:50 am , breakfast was untill 9.30am, other guests came to room after me to betold same somewhat dissapointing
