Had a lot of ants when I woke up in the morning in the bathroom, coffee pot area and desk.

Need to up grade key card system. Had to walk to the office to have my card reprogramed. 11:00 pm, cold.

I was surprised there was no breakfast provided. Proximity to BART was great.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Even though it is an older facility, it is very well maintained and has a beautiful courtyard, gardens, and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and its price/value ratio is excellent. Truly, an unexpected pleasure.

I purchase hotel.com, I stayed on 9/14/24, originally room #158 Dirty, so we were moved to #253. I only stayed in 1 room, yet on my credit card charge $100 x2. I prepaid my room on hotels .com $122.99. So, clear my charges and return my money back to my account. I ask for management, yet rudly stated NO. Horrible experienc, dirty #158 all over the room.

Great location with lots of parking. The rooms are very big so you have extra space to get ready and store luggage. The vending machine for drinks was not working during our stay (wouldn’t accept any form of payment), but the front desk gave us free bottled water daily.

Has nice lush gardens around facility with water stream running throughout the facility. Room nice, No complaints, seems like recent update. Clean comfortable and convenient to freeway and restaurants.

Close to bart and restaurants. Cleanliness in bathtub needs improvement. Otherwise all good.

I side the hotel was really nice. The staff were very pleasant. The outside looked a little old but I will definitely stay here again.

The first room smelled like cigarette smoke, they let us change and were helpful. Took a while for someone to come to the desk. No breakfast. All in all.. ok.

They charged both my cards 100 for hold and I was embarrassed at dinner when using my cards they were declining plus hotels stay fees. Be careful Because now I have to wait 7 to 10 days before I can get to any of my money left me financial hardship.

Our room was clean and quiet. The service was below average though. We booked a room for 3 occupants, but the room had towels for 2. There was no Kleenex in the room. I walked to the front desk and they gave me an extra set of towels and a box of kleenex. The next morning we left for a few hours and retuned to our room and both keys failed. House cleaning was across the hall and they let us in. I walked to the front desk and they apologized and reset the keys. I returned to my room and both keys failed again. I returned and they apologized again and reset the keys. They worked this time. We left for a few more hours and since house cleaning was across the hall from us, I expected our room to be cleaned and restocked with fresh towels. It wasnt. I called the front desk and they said towels would be sent up immediately. 2 hours later I walked to the front lobby to get some towels and they said they didn't have any and they would send house keeping up immediately. They were able to give me 1 roll of toilet paper since we were almost out. Room service arrived an hour later with a bag of fresh towels and another roll of toilet paper. 30 minutes later another knock on the door and another bag of fresh towels was left at the door.

The staff are friendly and professional. Thank you for making our stay there a pleasant one.

The key card was not working properly had lots of trouble multiple times getting into my room

When we visit Pleasanton, we always have a great time at this place.

“Parking Available” translate to they charge for parking. Nominal compared to other properties but it should noted on your website. Front desk agent eating a popsicle at the front desk while we checked in was interesting to say the least. Seriously?

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Alot of people at the pool And no towels even after asked . Trash was overflowing.

My stay was very unpleasant and frankly the hygiene of the room was unacceptable. I checked in around 11:30pm successfully (or so i believed) only to be loudly awoken by a security guard of the hotel at 2am knocking loudly on my door. I was simply told “go to the lobby, your card declined” and given no further explanation. I complied out of exhaustion and wanted to quickly resolve whatever issue had arisen(it had turned out the front desk receptionist hadn’t gotten my signature when running my card and didn’t notice until 3 hours later). As I was getting dressed I felt something on my leg and saw a huge cockroach crawling up my leg. I screamed and had my boyfriend catch it in order to show the front desk, which i did and was told i could move to a room down the hall. So i resolve the card issue and we move rooms, again exhausted from the long day we had already had at 3am. The new room was dirty, had trash under the bed area and the bathtub didn’t drain properly. But at this point we just wanted to go to sleep as we had another full day ahead of us. The next morning upon checkout i mentioned the previous events of the night before hoping to speak to the manager but was told she hadn’t arrived by 10am as i had been informed. I didnt want to wait for her to arrive and the front desk assured me she would call me regarding my experience. She has yet to reach out to me yet. I also emailed the general manager and have heard nothing. There is more, but tldr; stay somewhere else.
