The only good thing about my trip to the Mercure Den Haag hotel was the food it was amazing, but room wasn’t clean and it was dusty and dirty. I’ve had a privilege but it wasn’t look like a privilege I’m really regretting that I’ve chosen this hotel for my trip to the city

Well maintained hotel with helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Hotel is well located, within ten minutes of the train station with good tram access within a few minutes walk.

Good, clean and nice breakfast. Parking cost extra as the hotel doesn’t have own parking even if it was a „bookable“ and included in the Expedia app. In general a good hotel with good location in the city.

Very convenient location. Clean and lots of storage space to put stuff. Wish the outside of the hotel can be cleaner. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a big shower. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel has a central location. We would come back again. Thanks to the friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, it's very well located in the city centre. The rooms are in good condition, clean etc etc. We will stay there again

For me this was an expensive hotel option.
Particularly liked having a small fridge in my room, a bit odd having the kettle etc in a cupboard though!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise- nice, clean and spacious room and a bathroom with a proper bathtub :) (you may possibly ask for a room without it too, I did not check). The location is good- just a couple of minutes walk to the main pedestrian shopping street, and the staff were on the whole quite friendly and service-minded. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good, with plenty of different food to choose from. We enjoyed our 3-night stay here, and would definitely come back to stay at this hotel :)

Water in the Shower was very slow & took me ages to complete the shower. They didn’t even had body lotion in the bathroom. No USB port access even in TV. Bed were okay not the best for the money they charge. Heating system wasn't great too.

All I want to enjoy is just a stone throw away,starting from Den Haag Central Station.to the shopping streets,de supermarkets en my favorite Asian Restaurant Ming Kee,I can enduldge myself de authentic asian foods that brings me back to my birthland Singapore and that enjoyment I can do in an European city THE HAGUE

Nice stay. Good room and comfortable enough but it hasn't managed the business/ leisure crossover as it still comes over as a business hotel. Not overwhelmed by any of it considering the price (luckily paid in part by a reward night) there were some things that really could have been better (room carpet full of stains, not enough coffee in room so had to keep asking for more which reception struggled with).
So not terribly memorable or any real enthusiasm to stay again but would if the price was right.

friendly staff, good location, good breakfast. Only downside, I was on the street side room on 6th floor, it was noisy in the evenings and mornings (single pane windows). There is tram line on the street, as it's close to railwaystation. So if you are noise sensitive, take this into consideration.

This hotel has a very good location right in the center of the Hague, friendly staff and clean and relatively big rooms for the Netherlands. The view of the room was astonishing and the breakfast was very good. I will go back to this hotel in the future

The staff are super helpful.
Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. What I loved about my room was the massive tub that allowed be to soak after a busy day. The beds however are not the most comfortable and pillows are soft. Breakfast is good, but the same thing everyday.
