Loved the hotel and room. Only issue was the A/C did not cool the room. Thankfully, it was cold outside, so we left the windows opened.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Toledo. The parking in the deck is by reservation and is very tight and small, but close to the hotel. The staff were great, our room was quiet and clean. I can highly recommend it!

Lovely room, old stroke but perfect. Hilly walk to main square but worth it. Parking is €27 per nigeht right beside hotel underground

The hotel boasts a prime location, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and other facilities are comfortable, and the food is excellent. However, it may benefit from increased advertising, as it remains relatively unknown despite its quality.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely stay. Only negatives were the parking (complicated system which meant I got trapped in a stairwell) and the hotel Italian restaurant which just needs proper management. Great reception staff and very good value. Highly recommend.

A wonderful hotel! Breakfast was out of this world! The restaurant de la orza next door was outstanding as was the osteria. In the Jewish district, it was close to everything. The museum de el pintor greco was a must!

Great little hotel. Nice rooms, beautiful old building in the middle of breathtaking Toledo.
No real parking is the only one little thing that might be less than convenient.

Overall the hotel is amazing! We only stayed 1 night but would definitely return. Satff in all areas fabulous.

The location is very convinient, walkable to all the touristy area, A bit pricey but I guess its tourist season. Parking was also bit expensive for the night but it's unlimited entry and exit, reserve stall is nice no need to worry about looking for an empty stall.
Room is small for 2 people but thats how it is in old town I guess, however its a bit noisy you can hear bagging from room upstair and also at the corridor. Bed is firm for me but I slept ok. Good thing it was only for one night.

Lovely hotel in the old Jewish quarter, across the street from the Museo El Greco and a beautiful park. The room was large; desk, kettle, mini-fridge, jacuzzi tub. All my needs were well met. It’s easy to walk to all the tourist sites from here.

The Pintor El Greco is very well located for several major tourists sites at the edge of the Jewish quarter. The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very helpful. The hotel lacks, however, basic soaps and shampoos that are dispensed by a plunger from plastic containers. There was no facial soap next to the sink despite twice asking for a refill. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap were all the same from another dispenser. As a four star hotel, I expect ample bar soaps, shampoos, and conditioners.

Beautiful Hotel! Breakfast buffet was delicious , it clean and great location. Hotel staff was very friendly especially our bellman, Daniel. He was always smiling and very helpful with our family group of 8. One thing I 2anted to mention is that we got two rooms Quadruple and they were the same price, but the definitely different category as one was more modern, bigger bathroom and the other was older and had a diagonal wall in one room the my aunt hit her head while walking to the bed. She’s 5’5”. The description of the room should say OBSTRUCTED and should be a different price.

Beautiful and unique establishment where the features of a medieval building are tastefully integrated with the modern solution for all conveniences. Perfect location for arrival by car/cab. The El Greco museum is literally next door.
