People working there were so kind and accommodating but the place was really run down. Older and had that old hotel smell.

Overall I think it’s a good place to stay. Messed up the room that I booked online but the manager fixed it and her customer service was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

If you can get past the condition of this hotel then you will be fine. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was pitiful

This place is rundown and outdated

The outside of the hotel is worn out and old and needs a lot of new paint. However, the inside and the rooms themselves are pretty decent. It was clean and comfortable.

Overall the hotel was dated. Pretty unkept on the outside. It was definitely a nice hotel in its day. It definitely was comfortable enough to sleep for the night on our travels. The room had an odor, the refrigerator had food and drinks in it from the previous person. The outside was unkept. However, the young man in the front was amazing. He was so nice and seemed to be running the hotel completely by himself. He was an absolute rockstar. Kudos to him. The common areas also seems fairly clean.

The sink didn't drain and the mini fridge barely got cold. Otherwise everything was great. Clean, the staff was great. Overall it was a great place

It was clean but very dated. With some renovating inside and out, it will be a wonderful place. Used to places that have a breakfast attendant, to make sure there are refills, also freshly made items. Most everything was premade package items that just needed to be microwaved. Reminded me of Covid years.

The front desk people were very nice. The property left a lot to be desired. It feels quite a bit older than in the photos, which is fine. Parking is a bit tough, but not a huge issue. Our room was quite nice other than the air conditioner was a bit out dated and the panel on the wall seemed to not fully make sense (Fan was ON but would turn OFF). The main issue I have is the halls are tiled, which echoes like crazy. There was a dog barking early a couple of the mornings and it echoed bad. Then, the pool did not have cement steps leading into the pool. This is an issue for smaller children, the elderly, or some people with mobility issues. There were 3 ladders to get in and out of the pool, but they are not the easiest for everyone. And then outside of the pool exit are stairs heading up and there was a leak. The next morning the floor was all blocked off, and it appeared that the tile floor was all wet. For the money we spent on a total stay, I wish we would have stayed elsewhere. It is far from a terrible property, just more of an overall letdown. We were not able to enjoy the pool which we really were looking forward to.

Very average. We loved the warm swimming pool and the pool wasn't busy on a Fri evening. The breakfast spread was a bit below average. A previous resident of our room removed the smoke detector and it hasn't been replaced. It was an OK stay, but wouldn't choose to stay here next time.

First room was not ready. New room was clean and had comfy beds. Property is outdated but clean.

Staffs are nice, innitialy gave a uncleaned room but when we informed to the staff, they changed the room immediately. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Decent hotel, Breakfast options were disappointing.

We pulled into the parking lot and based off the overgrown landscaping, the cracks in the pavement, the crumbling facade and all the broken blinds in the windows seen from the parking lot, we never even checked in. Tetanus probably would have been the least of things we would have contracted staying there.

Bed comforter had visible dirt, floor was clean only in the center of the room. Comfortable enough. We paid way too high of a price. The breakfast was frozen eggs and sausage that you microwave yourself.

Wifi was impossibly slow. With kids fast wifi is a must. Decor colors made everything feel dark and dreary. Hit button to go down on elevator but was meet with staff person, already on elevator and instead of letting me go down, had me go up to the floor she needed. Good customer service is letting the customer go first. Not a huge deal but memorable enough, Ramada will not ever be my first choice. Remember that staff affect your reputation but if they are not reputable people, then that becomes the business reputation.

I booked this hotel based on ratings. I question those ratings. The outside appearance of the hotel was less than impressive...peeling paint, landscaping not kept up, just an outdated hotel. But when I went in the lobby was clean and inviting, staff very friendly, and our room was clean. There was new flooring in our room. It was overall a good experience, just don't expect much in amenities. The continental breakfast was very poor. The positive side was a clean and comfortable room.. The clerk at the front desk was especially helpful and courteous. We are Wyndham vacation owners and were disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel, as we are used to better quality from Wyndham..

My experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel was a bit shoddy on the outside but the interior looked updated. However, we didn't even stay the night in the room. Initially,, the desk clerk said we were in a single queen, even though I booked two queens and a sofa. So he "upgraded" us to a double Queen. Because we were pretty exhausted from our trip we were going to settle with that. However we found drug paraphernalia, an ashtray with what looked like drug residue in a desk drawer in the room. At that point I gave the room keys back to the clerk and and we instead drove the extra 5 hours without rest.

The hotel staff was nice and the place was clean. The drawback is it needs updating and some repairs. The toilet had to have the handle held down for a while to clear out the bowl and the tub didn't have a stopper for a bath. The floors looked new but some of the areas needing freshing up. The other hotels in the area seem over price or old.

a large hotel with a pool, not very many customers. rooms are a little dated and worn, but fairly clean. Ice machines are located on most floors but for some reason, most of them are turned off and unusable, making a long walk to lobby to get any ice. breakfast was minimal but edible.

Fabulous, beautiful place haven't seen anything quite like it.

The gal who checked us in was so accommodating and let us swim past the cut off time because we had a late check in. Breakfast was good. Building is very old, but still a great stay!

Hotel room was very tired and could use an update. It was clean, staff was pleasant.

The room itself was clean, and the front desk was very accommodating when we had an issue — she was quick to try to resolve it the best she could (it was late in the evening, so we really had to improvise). Our A/C was not working, so she opened the adjoining room which happened to be vacant and set up a box fan to bring their A/C into our room. It kept our room comfortable enough to sleep which we were grateful for. The hotel itself is not updated, and beds were pretty old (spring mattresses). But we slept okay. We were just there for a quick sleep and shower so it was fine. Any longer, and we would have wished for a different hotel... Breakfast is nothing special but there are fast food options nearby.

Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was located across from the pool area. Every time someone went in or out of the pool area, the door would slam. That was very annoying!! Breakfast was very basic, but for the Price worth it.

Remodeled run down. Pool is great! Indoors lots of fun for kids Curtains in room too small to adequately cover window. Toilet running.
