This property is right by the airport and unlike most you will not hear planes taking off it is very quiet and I can see the airport from my window

Gage at the front desk is friendly, helpful and professional making check-in super easy. There were a bunch of Veterans there for the Honor Flight to Wash. DC which we both thought was special.

So close to the airport

The property offered shuttle service to and from the airport and parking while we were on our trip. All went well until our return, the shuttle did not pick us up until approx. 45 minutes after we called for pick up even though I was told the driver was being sent now. We would appreciate sharing a better ETA of the pick up if the driver was dropping others elsewhere.

There was no free breakfast. The pool had no hot tub and was tiny. This was a hotel built for conventions and not just an overnight stay. The facility itself was lovely. It was extremely clean one of the most difficult hotels I've ever attempted to get to. You could see the hotel, but there was no direct way to get there. You had to go in a back way. There were not enough signs. It took me 40 minutes from the time I turned off that little extension to get to the hotel had to stop at a restaurant and ask a policeman.

It is beautiful inside and staff was amazing. We arrived to an out of order walk about door that was repaired by morning. We asked for extra towels which we received in a timely manner. Our room AC was not working properly and we were moved across the hall immediately. Warm baked cookies were offered at the door which was a nice welcome but they failed to notify us that they had walnuts; thank goodness it is a mild-moderate allergic reaction because he ate his cookie before I saw it had walnuts. For being as close to the airport as it was, we never heard any planes. The shuttle was nice. Breakfast buffet was $19, not a small fee. The pool is small but clean. There is NO hot tub even though there is a picture of one. All in all, for $99/night we would stay again.

I had a king room booked but we were given two queens. Other than that stay was fantastic.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming EXCEPT so many things were out of order or needed maintenance. Out of order: elevator, ice machine, portions of vending machines, the ac unit in my room sounded like something metallic was stuck in the fan blades and the unit cover kept falling off.

Very noisy. Bathroom sink was not draining at all. Shower door track was dirty. Clothes iron did not work. Bathroom exhaust fan cycling on and off all night. When I mentioned all these deficiencies to the front desk the next morning, they just smiled and said, "Sorry." I'm requesting a full refund for my stay. My guess is I won't get one. I travel frequently to Wichita for business, but I am not staying here again.

When we arrived it was so noisy in the lobby with teenagers that I thought it would be impossible to sleep but it was so quiet in our room!!!! We even decided to order dinner to our room from the on-site restaurant & it was quick & very yummy!!
