Absolutely terrible. No valet when needed, the elevators are being repaired and sound like they’re going to break when you are in them. Misled me about early check in- no comps, no one cares. Absolutely awful.

Absolutely spectacular stay! The property itself is a pink paradise. Super clean and fresh with breathtaking grounds. A short walk to the beautiful turquoise water of the palm beaches and an even shorter walk to the famous Worth Avenue. The staff was beyond attentive and accommodating. My daughter is a Type1 Diabetic and when her blood sugar dropped at 6am, the front desk agent could sense my panic. He went in the back and brought her a glass of fresh orange juice and stayed with us until she felt ok. Can not wait to come back to this hotel!

Only negative was room faced brick wall - at 40 occupied that night, thought could have been better.
Otherwise, terrific place, staff etc. lots of construction going on.

Everyone was so friendly and warm. They treated us like family and made us feel so welcome. Even though there was construction going on and some routine maintenance they went the extra mile to make sure our time by the pool was comped which was very nice. We will definitely be back!

The Colony Hotel is reminiscent of old world Palm Beach but with fun, whimsical decor. Although the building is older, the rooms are decorated lovely. I wish my bathroom was larger, but the junior suite size made up for it!

The hotel was fabulous! All of the staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The poolside food and drink service was great too. Onsite restaurants are so good. Our beach day was amazing with everything set up and ready for us when we arrived, including our own cooler with food we had required.

FIRST CLASS! The details and touches are AMAZING! Service was outstanding. Food and drinks were great and priced very well. The decor is cute and so retro. Amenities the hotel offered was one of a kind. We loved everything about our stay! We will be back sooner than later.

We arrived and left our stuff in the room tongonto the pool. There were no beds ans it was super diorganized they didnt even ask for proof that we were staying in the hotel. Beach was also full so we stayed in our room. Service was slow and the waiter forgot to bring some of our breakfast plates .. the housekeeping woke us up at 8:30am while we were sleeping i wouldnt go back. Location is the good thing they have

This has been a very special property. They still have all the little things that hotels use to have. The check in was kind, friendly and welcoming. The room is cute, clean, and fun. They have lots of towels, and wonderful soaps. The hair dryer and straightener are Dyson which was fabulous to try out. The dinner was amazing. The food was incredible and the service was exceptional. The turn down service was excellent. It felt like we were pampered from the time we arrived till when we left. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the Colony are the BEST!!! So very warm, friendly and the absolute best. Loved my renovated room. Every meal I had was superb! Kudos to the Colony.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay, the staff were all really friendly and professional. The hotel itself is quite Art Deco and quirky with lots of character. Ideally located on Palm Beach. Would recommend and definitely come back if visiting PB again

Loved, loved, LOVED The Colony Hotel!!! It’s earned the name Pink Paradise as I felt like I was in (a pink) paradise while there! Every staff member was so friendly & all knew my name & we hadn’t even met or seen each other yet. Was very impressed by every detail from the decor to the staff’s attentiveness. 10 out 10 hands down!! Cannot recommend this hotel enough & will surely be back sooner than later!
