I wasn’t even able to check into the hotel because the valet wouldn’t let me leave my truck In front to walk in. After I found a spot they told me I couldn’t park there even though there was ample space, I wasn’t impeding the flow of other cars. I was told to stay at a motel 6 by the “on duty manager” or I could park down the street at a truck stop. Will not be staying here again

We ended up booking this stay because our original stay had one too many issues so we had to leave a few hours after we originally got there. Once we arrived at the Marriott, however, it was like a night and day difference. It was the first time I was staying at a nice hotel like this one and I think it ruined my ability to stay at more budget friendly hotels. Regardless, the hospitality here was amazing and I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend this place to anyone!

Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean.
Surroundings were clean just need some renovations especially the swimming pool, jacuzzi is working. Staff were excellent especially Ashley who go above and beyond make sure we got the room tat we needed. Ariel who gave us a complimentary meal and Maria Director who tour us to the platinum lounge and provide snacks. Highly recommended.

I was travelling for work and stayed at this hotel it is accessible to all restuarants,Westfield Topanga mall and public transport. Hotel staff was very helpful When I inquired about microwave they sent one to my room. The amenities were very clean and checkin and checkout process was very easy. They do have facility to hold on to you luggage after checkout. Overall it was very good experience.

Booked a king suite for two days when i checked in the room i was given was on level 5 next to a maintenance room and there was no balcony or pool view. Went to front desk and this man Arial checked me into a 2 bed queen suite with a balcony and a pool view was extremely nice to me and my stay was excellent i can’t remember the last time i was treated with respect and treated like a human ! I highly recommend this property !

The staff was not helpful. I asked for a manager to call me two times and never got a call. The cleaning crew left our door open all day while we were out. We had two connecting rooms so both rooms were open all day. Not just unlocked but the door was open. When I needed the room I specifically ordered breakfast with the room which we did not get. Valet parking was super expensive for the stay. This was not our first time at this hotel and we have always loved it but we will probably not be back.

We booked the place for our first big bear lake trip, and honestly it was excellent. Even though we had problem with our indoor parking due to our neighbor’s truck being too big and blocking the walkway, Dennis at the front desk was so kind and sweet, offered us a different parking right away. The rooms were spacious, and have basically all the amenities you need to cook, to do laundry and to clean. Although the cooking wares might need a little update, everything else was very clean, and furniture was comfortable to use. We will definitely be their loyal customer whenever we travel to Big Bear Lake !!

The final invoice had $60 more for my two rooms for two nights. I was shocked, why didn’t Expedia include that LA RESORT TAX in their price, l would have definitely stayed at another hotel based on my budget. Today l called the hotel and they are not waiting it. They would have waived it had l booked with them directly due to a group discount. It’s unacceptable to charge an extra even though I agreed with Expedia.

Overall. Very comfortable nice hotel - Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Bar was nice - had dinner there a couple of times. Last night there was a bit of a bug prob - gnats. Food was ok.

I couldn’t sleep from the loud noise coming from adjacent room til 2am. Called the front desk but that didn’t resolve the noise and the Same people ended up getting loud again at 5am.
