Nice hotel! The restaurant seems recently renovated and is quite nice. Rooms are older but quaint…wood construction so noise from rooms above can be an issue. Nice facilities but ridiculous prices for indoor tennis and pickleball! Food is good.

Very friendly staff and a lovely property. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaints were that we got almost no wifi reception in our room (2nd floor, near the ice machine) and we seemed to be right above the dumpsters and service road, so it was incredibly noisy in the morning.
However, would still recommend this property and we were bummed we weren't staying longer.

First of all Management, staff they are incredibly helpful and very friendly. We got a wonderful surprise from the manager and team for our anniversary celebration.

We nust have a feeling that building is getting older and may need some updating soon but otherwise this is a place where you feel comfortable anytime you stay.

We liked the property, we found that some areas are due for update.
The adult pool need update as you will find the tiles, especially the ones above the water level unclean an the corners of the pool have webs

We really liked staying here. The resort is beautiful. It has two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, an large hot tub, plus has a nice fire pit area under a pergola, and a lot more. The views of the mountains were really nice.

Rooms are tired and in serious need of upgrade… same is true of building exterior in the pool area, walking paths, and bluestone patio in dining area…whirlpools broken our whole stay

The establishment is a really good establishment but the staff is terrible when I was going to the restaurant I was yelled at by one of the staff to not bring to alcohol instead the restaurant and although I understand to not to bring alcohol he did not need to yell in front of everyone. When we sat down we were told that the restaurant was closing when it was 8 o clock and the restaurant closes at 9:00. I came to celebrate my son’s birthday and was very disappointed with how I was treated by the staff

I don't love going to your property because it's super relaxing but this time I was with you we had a problem because we went out to dinner at your restaurant but my wife had a drink in her hand and bartender shouted from one corner to another that she couldn't He entered the restaurant with that drink in front of everyone from one corner to another and told him that he was already closing that he would no longer have time to serve dinner if it was 8:00 and the restaurant was closing at 9:00 and he was in a very bad mood. and I don't feel ashamed

Not worth the price. We were also put in a double bed room on a floor full of pets (I’m allergic). Hot water didn’t work on first day. When asked for assistance, was simply told nothing could be done.

Starting with Carol, Michael, Jeff, Rafael, Ricky, Troy, Basellio, Carlos, Alex, Dustin, Nina, the cleaning people etc. i wish i could remember all of their names. But they are wonderful! Made our stay comfortable and welcoming

Went for a girls weekend trip and from the moment we got to topnotch until the moment we left the service was excellent from all of the staff. The indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were excellent to wind down and relax. The restaurant was also good as well. The fire pit in the patio was a nice touch to make s’mores
