Fint hotell, helt grei mat.

Likte godt at det var gjennomgående renslig og god frokost.

This hotel is in Febr too full with young sportgroups. The was a zoo at the buffets very loud for a 4 star hotel. We waited forever for the elevators to bring us up and down. The matraces need to be renewed. The furniture in the room need a lifting.

The staff, from the front desk up to housekeeping up to breakfast restaurant up to bar tendering, all staff is doing their utmost best always despite the immense business going on during touristic seasons, even when the hotel is at full occupancy, they all do work with a smile on their face to serve us, visitors, at their Grand Cerventas, BLUE, wherefore my special thanks to all of them.

The Front Desk people are very kind, courteous and friendly, especially Vanessa, she's like an angel with the clientèle, a beautiful mother, and for sure she deserves esteem and compliments, I am sure she must have a husband who adores her. Thank you for the kindness and for making sure my stay was excellent. p.s.: the lady from housekeeping on my floor does merit also compliments, she was friendly, and polite and made my day's also being sunny during the rainy times in Costa Del Sol.

Hotel was good.Food good. Only problem was the noise from all the football teams staying there. was like being on a club 18-30 at times?

convenient location However food menu disappointing especial xmas day did not consider Inernational guests for that day plus unfortunately the hot buffet was always cold despite my being one of the first guests at the start of meal sittings

Hotel amenities were great - from indoor roof top pool to sauna etc. Only stayed room only but paid one night for the buffet dinner which was 20 euros including drinks. Food ranged from pasta dishes, chef cooking steak to fresh salads - lots of choice. Staff all attentive and the maids were always busy. Hotel great location in the heart of all the busy squares where restaurants and bars were located.

Situated the town centre, big rooms with a lot of light, clean. Wifi a little weak

As we stay in hotels often in Torremolinos, we wanted to try this property, so this was a first stay here for us. While the hotel looks good from the outside, I found the room to be spacious but decoration appears dated. The bed (the most important feature in a hotel room in my opinion) and the headboard requires updating, the style appears old, pasé. The mattress was like a marshmellow, way too soft. Also the room was quite warm and there was no apparent way to control the temperature aside from opening the terrace door. Would I repeat this property? Not so sure I would.

The service at the hotel could.not be faulted and it was clean and well looked after. The building itself is 'tired' and would benefit from some renovations. The food was as expected on all inclusive, a good choice but not haute cuisine! The hotel location was oerfect and the sea view room was worth paying a little extra for.

Hotel great location but dinner very poor selection

The food was poor quality, everything Had been left on a hotplate to dry out before the opening times. But i dont think it would have been any better when fresh. The whole hotel needs a refurbishment it is old and outdated would recommend or return More a 1/2 star

This was probably a 4 star once upon a time, shame they didn't keep it that way. Don't eat here, food was cheap and of bad quality and choice very similar everyday. Some of the staff at the restaurant were friendly while others were iust plain rude. Good location, good room size and big balcony. You can find much better in the area for probably the same price. I wouldn't recommend stay here.

We had a 5 night stay in oct and had a lovely time . The snack bar all inc probably is the only thing that lets it down and the pool area could do with a make over as the ladders in the pool wobbled and the tiles were cracked . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back . The location is perfect and the new sky bar a great addition . My hairdryer over heated every night so a better one would make the room perfect

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and never been disappointed. The staff in all areas are extremely good. Great location too.

This was a very noisy hotel. Could hear every noise from the room next door. They had a baby so I woke up every time it cried during the night. It was impossible to get a sun-bed around the pool as people left towels there and went out for the whole day. Then the outdoor seating areas around the pool are essentially smoking areas and you cannot breathe, so really nowhere to go around the pool. The food was quite good but again there are too many people and it was chaotic with people running around the restaurant. Overall it was not a relaxing experience at all. It was a good location.

Great location and size of bedrooms. Staff are friendly. Avoid paying for dinner! Food is awful. My booking was half board so thought I would try dinner .. Mistake!! Never again!! Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Location of hotel is perfect

I'm really not sure how this hotel has so many stars, rooms are dated and the foods is really awful IMO, tasteless not a very good selection and not very hot either.

I have stayed in this property a couple of times previously and had always had a good experience. This time however I checked in on 9th May and had nice room with view of pool (for 7 night stay) but had call that evening advising me problem at home and I therefore had to check out following day. Asked hotel if they could offer any credit and they advised me as booked thro agent i had to go thro them. Did this and agent subsequently advised me that request for any credit was refused by hotel. Now I know that technically I had no right to credit but think they could have given something as a gesture of goodwill. Oh well won't be staying there in future.

The property is fine in public areas. The rooms are very tired with furniture damage. The bedroom floor had human hair covering it, it clearly had not been swept properly. The bathroom shower gels were impossible to open without scissors, which airline travellers don’t carry. Sixth time I have stayed, it hasn’t aged well. Dining room has had a facelift.

Food was horrendous no choice and usually same food lunchtime and dinner. Bar area was tired and worn seats ripped and very very worn

My fourth stay here. All of the staff are pleasant. My special requests were honoured as before and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice sized balcony with furniture too.
