Great property. New, clean, comfortable

Great place and wonderful staff!

Overall good. A few minor issues.. shears were stained and dirty and awful "daylight" light bulbs everywhere. Ceiling fan was a nice addition.

Just needed a clean bathroom & comfortable bed for the stay, since didn’t spend much time in the room so Quality Inn Eureka Springs was perfect for our trip . Staff was helpful & courteous .

Nice location but this property drastically needs a renovation. Room smelled like cigarette smoke from years of smokers staying there, carpet is old, holes in the wallpaper from where picture frames once hung, etc.

Horrible stay!! Bathroom ceiling dripping water from apparently overflowing bathtub above us, not only did we have to keep cleaning floor and deal with water dripping on us while using toilet, we could not get ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND!!!!!WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN😡😡 YOU WOULD THINK AT LEAST THEY WOULD CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THERE GUESTS AND MOVE US TO A FIT ROOM, I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY STOLE OUR MONEY FOR THE UNFIT ENVIRONMENT WE WERE FORCED TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!!

The rooms were dated, but clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The key feature of this property is the fountain area. It's in a bit of a valley. It's beautiful.

The staff was very nice. The property behind the hotel was very pretty and the breakfast was really good except there was no meat/bacon/sausage, etc.. The room looked clean, but honestly, smelled awful. I should have said something as soon as we got there, but I kept thinking maybe it would get better. The toilet/bathroom smelled horrible even after using some of my own cleaners and going to buy room fresheners. The entire room smelled because the air conditioner put out musty and moldy smelling air.

Staff was not very friendly during check-in. It was a cool looking hotel. But our room was very dated and had a smell. I felt like they were trying to cover up with cleaning products. Area was perfect and central location. I felt was over priced for what we got. We travel all the time to different locations all across America. This was just okay.

We had a very nice stay. Nice rooms, excellent hot breakfast, and clean pool made this property a five star stay for us.

The hotel was in a Historic area and the bed was the BEST!!! The hot tub was so comfortable and the room was clean but the best part in my opinion was the BREAKFAST....They had biscuits and gravy, fruit, a keiesh and great bacon and sausage fresh coffee and really good juice Did I spell KEISH CORRECT??😂😂

The rooms were excellent, the staff super nice and the pool was clean. I would highly recommend Quaility Inn of Eureka Springs. It great.

Nice motel. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, although they did not serve Any meat, and you had to use steep steps to get into and leave the area the breakfast was served. Not sure how someone with disabilities could have breakfast. Stayed two nights and room was not cleaned while we were there. Very close to the Passion Play.

The hotel room was very dated but fairly clean. The employees were very friendly, especially Cheryl at check-in. Because the only window faces the common walkway, curtain was not left open and the room was very dark. The sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the comforter smelled of urine. I didn’t notice that until I was laying in bed that night. Pulling away the comforter remedied the problem, so I just slept covered with the top sheet. Not sure how often the comforters get washed, but that one needed it. The toilet area w/shower was very tight but good that the sink and counter were separate from the toilet/shower. The breakfast was very good and served in a cute tea room in a separate building behind the pool. Beautifully maintained gardens on the way to breakfast. You had to go down the stairs to access the Tea Room. They did mention that they could drive you there if you had mobility issues. There were delicious fluffy biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, quiche, pastries/breads, cereal, juice/coffee, oatmeal, etc. It was a good price, but seeing how many options there were in town, I would probably try a different place next time.

Love this sweet town, the hotel was quite and is near alot of stuff near by.

Loved the room, the bed, the breakfast, and the landscaping. Very low water pressure in our shower but our friends’ was fine. Would be happy to stay there again, would just check the shower water pressure first. Also, lower priority issue, but the outdoor seating needs to be cleaned.

The staff was so kind and helpful! Even though Expedia botched up our 2-day reservations, the manager made sure our weekend stay would be comfortable. Our keys did however, lock on our three rooms the following day, but the manager resolved the problem immediately.
