Would be ok for a super 8. Hot in room a/c not on. Lamp didn’t work. Shampoo was empty. Bathroom smelled

One night stay before early flight. Very comfortable and affordable. Great bed. Quiet. Also, outlet mall and excellent restaurants within short walk. Capital Grill!!

Basically the most okay-est hotel I've stayed at. The staff were nice & friendly so nothing against any of them. Being close to the airport was convenient with the shuttle every 30 minutes, I had a early flight so that's why I stayed. But the rooms were dated, looked like the bathroom ceiling had water damage, tub had hair in it..... the pool area does not look like the pics.... looked like the ceiling and walls were seriously damaged... you could tell it used to be really nice but sadly not anymore. If you get a good deal and are just staying to hop a flight then not a bad hotel.

Big big fan of the hotel. This was our 4th year staying here, and each time it just gets better. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to come back next year!

Our room was given away and by the time we checked in after traveling all day the only room available was a “a high occupancy room.” I had no idea what that meant but I agreed just so we could check in. This room was an absolute joke. It was a roll away bed in a large EMPTY room. I’m not joking there was no other furniture. Beyond disappointed

I ended up staying at the Hilton after a frustrating day where my connecting flight out was cancelled so had to find a room at the last minute. . Staff is friendly and made me feel very welcome

The hotel was very nice and a great location for our stay. We were going to a show at Allstate Arena. Just fyi, there was no blow dryer in the room. The front desk one had sent up.

The internet didnt work in my room. I needed to worknin a quiet setting and i just could not. I tried getting aid, but the conversation sounded like a broken record. I was forced to give gratuity on food i ordered, when i could have walked down stairs to pick it up. Laundry was severely overpriced. Especially since i didnt ask for clean linen or towels for my entire stay. Just not the experience i want.

The hotel was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was very classy and clean. We loved having the pool which had a great view all around. The staff were very friendly and the Liberty Tavern restaurant had delicious food and drinks. The room was very clean and specious with a great view on the 10th floor. We didn’t use it, but as avid gym goers, we thought the fitness center had a lot to offer.
