Front desk service was great!! However when I went to grab a spare blanket from the closet it looked as if it was old there was stains crusted on it as if housekeeping just left it there

Great place, if not dated, it just needs some updates here and there, as for cleanliness I want to preface that I’m a neat freak after so many horrible hotel experiences, so what I noticed likely 90% of other people wouldn’t, as I do a deep inspection of any room I stay in before I start unpacking. There was a very, non noticeable stain on the top comforter at the foot of the bed, and towel I had there was a stain at the rim of it, but clearly these just didn’t come out of the wash, probably another run thru and it would have been fine, and it didn’t feel like I was using something dirty, had I cared enough I felt they would have easily and quickly replaced it. In short can I give it five stars? No, but I would have no problem staying there again, or recommending it. Big suggestion for those using it to go to the Now Arena, as after your event is over you’ll likely have zero traffic, I had a two night event and we got out of there fast while the other lane was barely moving.

Rooms Had Bed Bugs & Other Small Black Bugs. I was trying to sleep & was awake by severe itching on my foot as if something had bit me. Sure enough I looked under the blanket & there was bed bugs. Reported this to front desk & asked to be moved to another room. Front desk agent advised me to come down to get new room key. Immediately went down to pick up new key, only to have the guy refuse to move me. His reasoning was that I was checking out that that day. Therefore, all he could do is to give me clean sheets as if I was going to make up the bed & go to sleep in a room where I was bitten.

We arrived very late and received a friendly welcome from the man at the desk. Truly, he was a delightful person and very hospitable. The room was beautiful and the breakfast hit the spot. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again

Bathroom is out dated. Toilet and shower needed an update. Need a bigger tv. But overall service and hospitality was great.

The room was clean and the staff upgraded us to a suite as a courtesy for patiently waiting while he attended to another customer. Still, the room was loud and we didn't understand why in the middle of the night until the morning when we checked the window of the adjoining room and there was a broken window that was pushed wide open thereby allowing outside noise to come into the room. We didn't notice much when we checked in at night... but the morning was bustling with outside noise that woke us up.

We had a great welcome by the team member who was in duty at the time of check in. He went through all the details and paperwork we needed to make our stay comfortable. Apologies for not naming him, but he was excellent! The room was lovely and spacious. Clean and comfy. The breakfast room and breakfast were on point. The lady who took care of it was great. The pool was accessible and a good size unlike some. We had no complaints and the stay was very good, the staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Very satisfied. Thanks to all.

The bed was a bit on the firm side! Needs a little updating and some major cleaning around baseboards, especially in the dining area! Otherwise ok

Great hotel at a good location, near to many shops and malls. A lot of nice restaurants in the area. And not far from O'Hare airport.

It is a good hotel having breakfast included is a plus Not having housekeeping by default is not the best option Cleanliness was a bit of an issue Maintenance was needed in many places

It was a good hotel for a work trip

The stay was nice, clean, and breakfast was really good! Only downfall was the outdoor fire-pit was not working… which was my determining factor when choosing this hotel.

The accommodations provided were unsatisfactory. The room key required frequent reactivation at the front desk, resulting in repeated inconvenience. A member of the front desk staff exhibited a negative demeanor and appeared unwilling to assist. Daily housekeeping services were not consistently provided. the bathroom lights were activated by motion detection, causing interruptions during use. Overall, my stay was disappointed.

We were not in our room very long at all, but when we were we were very happy with the cleanliness & comfort. Very nice breakfast selection and very friendly staff

Hallways very dirty and the room was dated and had seen its fair share of leaks over the years. Needs renovating. Breakfast was unappealing so we used the IHOP next door

It’s an inexpensive hotel in a good location that’s been partially updated. However there are chips and flaking in the walls and bath and there were stains on the bed spread. It was fine for a quick overnight on business. But I wouldn’t ask my wife to stay there. Spend the extra $40-$50 and stay elsewhere if you’re on holiday or picky.

The breakfast was good . The bathroom was very narrow . The AC fan was not working as designed . They did not even care to fix it inspite of my complaint . There is no room service until u request one @ front desk

My room was decent. Not the best. Not the worst. The tv was tiny in my room. The bathroom floor looked unmopped and had hair and dust in the corners. The shower floor was stained. The carpets were severely stained. The side entrance by the pool smelled like vomit. There was a lot of trash outside everywhere. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Instant eggs were not good but the sausage and tater tots were good. I called to ask a question and a man answered but a lady was yelling all the answers to my questions in the background until eventually getting on the phone herself and wouldn’t even listen to my question before interrupting me. Finally I just said ok thank you and figured it out myself. The interaction was extremely weird and unprofessional.

The hotel is in poor condition in the common areas. The grits are old and stained and the elevators are banged up and dirty. The room was clean and comfortable.
