Great place to stay.

The night clerk was rude but the room was nice

It was a great place to stay. There is an IHOP wothin walking distance and a mall across the highway. The room was clean, the shower hot, and quiet.

Clean and cozy.. would have appreciated something other than just sausage every morning

We only stayed one night. It was a decent hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice breakfast selection except there was no fruit that morning; otherwise it had eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt and a few sweet things.

Low price, convenient, clean, good area. Nice staff.

I love the rooms, especially their walk-in shower. The area is very quiet. There are dining options very close by and shopping. The staff was great. I will return.

The only issue we had was with the a/c. It was making very loud noise every time it came on.

The best part about this Best Western property was the manager and front desk staff. THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY AND IN POOR CONDITION. The first room we were in had brown stains on the sheets, dirty towels, tiny hairs all over the toilet, mold in the shower, and the toilet didn’t properly flush. After making the front desk aware of the room condition, they said they couldn’t give us a refund because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so they moved us to another room. That room was also terrible. My husband and I didn’t want to try a 3rd room because we figured all of them were going to be filthy. We spent an hour and half cleaning the room so we could at least sleep there for the night. The shower floor was terribly stained and the water in the shower drained very slowly and puddled in the middle (we had to wear water shoes in the shower). There were stains on the headboard, the doors and the walls. The fridge had hair in it and bits of food from previous guests. I wiped down the seal of the fridge with a Clorox wipe and the wipe was black. There are too many gross things we saw in the rooms to name them all, but I did take pictures to show the front desk staff. The manager was horrified at the condition of the rooms and contacted the property owner to issue a refund.

Room was clean I suppose. There was a paper thing on the toilet that stated sanitized but it was broken, not sealed. Mattress was okay, spring frame under mattress squeaked very loud with literally any movement. For 75/night, guess I got what I paid for.

The only complaint is that my heating didn't work any day... the truth was it wasn't a problem because it wasn't that cold and it wasn't that necessary...

Nice bae-vaction for my hubby and I. We like to soak in the jetted tub and simply unwind. The staff was amazing at check in and during stay. I will plan to see them in May.

It was great! The man at the front desk was nice and professional, the room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. They have showers instead of old baths. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for a person on a budget. I pr Personally woildnt stay again, the fridge inside was making a loud noise, i had a roach or water bug i didnt wait to figure out which it was in the bathroom my first night and i was a bit weird3d out by that. The fitness room wouldn't open because the card reader was messed up from someone kicking the door, but that is just what the front desk said when i asked how to get in the room. Breakfast was simple and what you expect from a hotel. Also alot of cats walking around. Seems as if they feed and put a cat house by the pool for them. I honest didnt mind the cats because i love them, but some people might not be like me about them. Was it an amazing place...no. Was it affordable and in a decent location...yes

It was an excellent stay

When I checked in and got to my room I realized that the room was definitely a smoking room even though the signs said "no smoking" They immediately moved me to the last room available and I was satisfied with that. In room coffee was pretty good for a single cup machine. Bathroom was recently remodeled and seemed very clean. Nice people!

We stay here often and typically it is always amazing! Unfortunately this time, not so much! The room was not clean! The shower had hair in it, and when I knocked over my bottle of water I used one of their white towels to dry it up, the towel was BLACK! They must not have cleaned that room in weeks. Also, with all of those rooms, why put EVERYONE side-by-side? Everyone there that night was all downstairs and all in a line. You can hear everything! So, why not space people out alittle??

The beds and frames were not comfortable. Bathroom door was damaged.
