The "free" wifi provided only if you join as member, which was not indicated in advance. We knew only when we checked out and need to pay for wifi. Luckily the receptionist assist to registered as member in order to wavie the charge, though it took a bit of time.

Room was large and comfortable but the hotel is literally next to I5 and we could hear the traffic, especially Friday night. Good clam chowder. Hotel is aging a little bit too although the carpet in my room was pretty new.

Total trip was $700 plus an additional $50 for pet and $50-$60 for parking per day
Very expensive for a two day trip, just under $900 not including food which was good ate at the 515 Lounge another $150, paid extra for the buffet breakfast very good $20 per person, our room was very warm it wouldn’t get cold til the next morning.
Nice hotel. Nice food. Very busy weekend when we went.

We were in town for the Apple Cup and a Mariner’s Game. East location to get in and out of. Easy walk to the stadiums, BUT all uphill on the way back just FYI. We were on the freeway side so it was a bit noisy with the traffic but not terrible. Very spacious room and the staff was very friendly. You do have to pay to park which is an extra $50/night.

This Hotel is well placed and easy to find. The staff was very accommodating and the Ubers had an easy time getting to it.

Great place to stay for our weekend. It was a walk to pikes place but walking os good for you. We also walked to Lumin Field from the hotel. Didn't take too long.

We were in town for four days to see two Metallica shows. The hotel was centrally located to all venues, restaurants and attractions. Our room was super clean, spacious, and quiet at night.

I've stayed here multiple times during my Seattle trips and it's always been great.
The location is just off the freeway and easy to get to. They have valet and self-parking available. Walking distance to concert venues, pike street and piers.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy.

The on site parking is an issue. We paid for the overnight parking $50 per night, but when you show up to park the parking is very limited. The staff said that there is nothing that they could do, but we could pay an additional $63 a night for valet parking. Part of their parking lot is rented out to another hotel (can not park in these spots), majority is valet parking, and the there are 2 levels approximately 20 spots that are open parking. The entrance to the parking garage is also under construction so only one way in/out.

This is a lovely hotel with nice spaces. There were two negatives: 1) we had Club access and went up for breakfast- we were up there for thirty minutes and the entire time they had no coffee (we asked repeatedly and they kept saying “it’s coming.” Finally, we just went to the Starbucks. 2) The bathroom left a bit to be desired (the toilet sat so low to the ground.) The bathtub/shower experience was a letdown.
Positives- great staff, comfortable room, comfortable bed, great view and good location.

Great central location to downtown. Unfortunately lots and lots of drug use around the property. Car in front of hotel windows broken out while we were there. Inside property felt safe while we were there

We have stayed in much nicer hotels for way less. The parkade was full (unable to pre book self parking prior) by the time we arrived. Had to pay for valet.

Clean, comfortable, and about 20 minute walk to Lumen Field. Though, be aware, the walk back is mostly uphill.

We liked the property and room size for double queen bed. Check in was quite smooth but would have appreciated more clear communication with guest as it seemed they were in hurry to complete the process. Nevertheless a very experience

The room was a good size and mostly clean - there was a dirty sock remaining from the previous customer and one of the tiles in the bathroom fell off as soon as we walked in. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and everything else was great. Decent price too for a downtown hotel.

Surroundings nice.
However, the bar is lame and doesn’t serve until 11:30 PM although it says that on the hotel “brochure” 😡 You race to get there after a Mariners or Seahawks game and they are always closing by 11, it’s irritating!!!

The hotel and staff are nice but we pulled up and decided to valet park so we could unload at the front. We paid for parking online when we paid for the room. When we got to the front desk we explained that we would need to pay the difference for the valet and they told us that the valet fee was $63 and they could not apply the fee we had already paid for self parking. Self parking onsite is $50 and valet is $63.

Room was very nice. Check in experience was terrible. Only two people working and a line of people 100 feet long trying to check in. Parking garage ticketing and payment is all messed up.

We got kicked out from house keeping at around 10:30am…she said it was check out time so we rushed to get out and come to find out check out time was 12pm.
