The room had not been cleaned. There were no sheets on the beds. The fridge ws dirty and open when i entered the room. The review will not permit me to add pictures to the review.

It was a good hotel.

First room we were given didnt look like it was clean...the second room there were still towels behond bathroom door...elevator was squeaky and slow..wonderful breakfast

It is very apparent that the owner of this property has given up on wanting his clients stay to be a memorable experience. I would not return to this property, even though I liked the staff.

We were on an overnight trip. We have stayed here a couple times before and weren't happy, but because we booked at the last minute, our options were limited. On arrival late in the afternoon, we were greeted by Shakira who is a treasure. She is a very welcoming and pleasant person. The room was clean and comfortable. Usually, I have a hard time sleeping on the beds because they are extremely hard, but this one was comfortable. I did not wake up in pain. The area was quiet. My only complaint was we had no towels in our room. I went to the front desk and Shakira immediately got towels for me, apologizing multiple times. The next morning at checkout, Shakira was still there, smiling and jovial as usual. In my opinion, Shakira is a rock star! They need more like her.

Great location and price

Check-in was BAD, Lack of enough staff led to rooms not being ready until after 4m. 5 people in the lobby awaiting rooms, and the staff was rude. The ceilings of outdoor hallways have paint falling off and are in terrible condition, Friday morning there was a COCKROACH on the coffee pot in the lobby, told the front desk clerk and she just plopped it in the trash, saying they forgot to empty the trash night before, As Well as found 2 COCKROACHES in room on the credenza. This hotel needs a complete BUG tenting.

Centipedes in bathroom . Only cleans every 2 days I won’t be back with quality inn

We had a weird room that had adjoining room capability but our door was ripped off so there was just one door between us and the neighbors and they were LOUD. However, the redeeming factor was the pizza restaurant connected to the motel. It was independently owned and operated and they were the sweetest people.

The staff was great!

Though the staff was polite, unfortunately, my experience was not up to the expected standard. While the location was convenient, I encountered several significant issues during my stay. Firstly, there was visible mold in the bathroom, which was both concerning and unpleasant. Although the room appeared clean in some areas, some areas were in serious need of cleaning. Additionally, the door lock malfunctioned multiple times, causing a great deal of frustration and making it difficult to feel secure in the room. Lastly, the toilet became clogged on more than one occasion, which must be a common occurrencesince the plunger is in the stairwell. These problems significantly affected the overall quality of my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these maintenance concerns, as they are essential for guest comfort and safety. While the hotel has potential, I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are rectified.

Check in was easy and the girl was nice and very informative. The elevator worked but was rusted and dirty. Our room smelled musty. It was clean for the most part but the doors and door facings had black dirt smudges on them. The door that adjoined the neighboring room didn’t lock, It was broken. We were only staying one night so we just toughed it out. I wouldn’t have stayed a second night and I won’t be returning for another stay.

Liked the quietness

The staff at front desk were very nice and friendly. Gave excellent directions to room & general information. The cleaning staff did have the room clean and ready. The inside of the doors were very dirty with black handprints and smudges. This was the front and bathroom doors. Carpet inside entry had black marks. Above bathroom sink ceiling had 2 smashed flies and dark marks. You can not walk to historic downtown from here, need to drive or Uber.

The room was dingy and dirty. No lamp shades on lamps. Blood splatters on bathroom door, looked as if someone sat there shooting up drugs, room smelled like urine and mold, had many problems with room key resulting in the door not opening which resulted in many trips to the office. Microwave was dirty and dingy. It is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and it is very accessible if you have to visit your Marine at Parris Island. It just needs to be remodeled, maybe paint the rooms.

Doors were not sealing and swelling from heavy rust, Lamp shades were rotting and moldy and there was a container of Korean kimchi behind the dresser. October ‘24 expiration at least though… staff super friendly though. Great people, just rough property and maintenance.

We have stayed at this property many times, but it’s been at least five years since our last stay. I was shocked at how the inside of the rooms had deteriorated. There was a lamp without a shade, walls were filthy, room literally stunk, carpet was disgusting. At least they had a pool. But when we woke up the next morning and could see the pool, it was green with algae. What were they thinking? It was Memorial Day weekend. How do you not have your pool ready for that? The African American receptionist was extremely nice and let us leave early and refunded us our money. The red-headed receptionist was not so nice. I hate that the place has gone down like this. My mother has cancer and is in Beaufort, so my family will be needing a place to stay fairly often here in the future. Unfortunately, it won’t be at Quality Inn at Town Center. :(

This hotel was centrally located to our needs. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful nights. Well worth our trip!

The lady at the check in was nice, but the facility is worn out, dirty, and smells of mold and mildew. We asked for a refund and left right after check in and found a different hotel.

Convenient, quiet, and safe location. Able to walk to variety of inexpensive food options. Centrally located for a tour of historic Beaufort, attend a graduation from Paris Island USMC; or head out to Fripp Hunting Island or Hilton Head beaches.

Property conditions were horrible.

The girl who checked us in was the only bright spot. The room was disgusting, covered with mold. There were dirty q-tips and cups under one of the beds. The other bed was broken and we spent all night thinking we would fall out of the bed. There were several spots of "unknown substances" smeared on the walls in several places. We were scheduled to stay three nights, but after the first night, we left. I spoke to the manager on duty the next morning and she said she processed a refund for our full amount, however, she did not and Expedia had to contact the company to initiate the refund. The surrounding area was nice, with lots of restaurants and stores, but the hotel itself was disgusting.
